I lied. It's not really a game. It's actually a pretty cool personality test. If you're tired of taking quizzes that ask "What's your favorite color?", you'll like this test. It's unusual, and as you'll see, highly imaginitive.

Take the test. And come back to share your answers!

Well I'll have to try this right away and I'll get back to telling yall about it later when I've finished.

(I found that thaking the test was super duper enjoyable and worth my while, and give it three thumbs up and a manky toe!) 3nodding

Alright the cube test really freaked me out but I didn't get to see the finished result? I got lost. I wrote a story while doing this test here it is!
(Haha now I see, I did see the finished result.)

Oh and by the way I really freaked myself out taking this! scream

I stand by my friend and ask him, 'do you see the way the color of the sky changes as the sun hits the horizon?'

He tells me, 'it’s a visual marvel for sure!'

Suddenly in a fit of desert madness we both grab each other tussling our bodies down, causing us to roll along the incline of the sandy dune.

Standing up I realize I'm alone and my friend was never there. The oasis is there that I had been searching for. I place the tattered map back in my pouch.

Unsettled by my delirium I can't help but search for a way to calm my nerves and I soon find myself conjuring up my apprentice insignia fallowed by the conjuration of my trusty xylophone my focus aided by the magic of my celestial orb.

Blinking for a moment I feel the magic real and flow through me and then the pain! So mind numbingly intense that it sends me to my knees my body becoming limp as I fall into shallow waters. My head submerges and I can not move. Breathing in the water I start to drown the grip of death burning around my lungs. For now I know it is over.

I wake up and I see Death I can feel him all around me but visually he stands before me a vision of me in my youth his eyes staring into mine a bend in his expression mocking me with my own trademark smirk.

I can not take your soul onward not here unless we play a game. This cube of ancient magical design protects you devise its purpose and I will leave and return you to your body.

If you do not play my game you can haunt this place forever I will not pity you.

I stare at the cube carefully rolling it about in my grasp, considering it to be smaller than I had anticipated. I find the rough surface wrapped in thin vines that have taken root in cracks about its stony feature instinctively I tear them away uncovering a strange indent. It feels so heavy as if the material were incredibly dense much more that just plain stone causing me to suspect a core of some kind. There are runes about the edge along the sides of the cube that cause me to gasp as I read them.

I recognize their meaning immediately believing that this place truly is the cradle of life!
The indent perfectly resembles the orbital key that I had found placed by the Necronomicon in the depths of the demon realm.

I go to retrieve my pack but my hands simply slide through it as if I were nothing but ether. I fall into a hole of depression as it manifests around me I try to climb my way back but my hands scrape ineffectively along the sandy wall of the pit.

Meditation allows me to focus as I create a wooden ladder in my mind to climb my way back to the top cube tucked against my side as I venture the thirteen rungs to supposed safety...

I frown as I realize my grip on reality wavering so completely worrying that perhaps I can not win this game.

I find to my amusement that upon my return to the surface that Death has found his stead smirking down at me again from atop its dark hide and black leather saddle. I decide he is working to distract me and I try to ignore the horses stride as they both move by my side their stride in line to meet with my own. I remain unharmed as they pass through me stepping once again to the side of my pack.

Looking back at Death I see him dismount as he and his horse are engulfed in a storm of wind and sand that comes and goes ever so briefly.

As it subsides I notice that in place of the horse is a women dressed in black garments a regal dress of sorts.
She smiles at me before kissing death upon the lips. I can not help but feel jealous.

She approaches me offering a single black daisy but I continue to grab for my sack this time finding I can take hold after all, also telling her to trot off not wanting to be distracted any further.

I trace my hand along the outer pocket retrieving the key and placing it into the groove of the cube a sudden flash and then I black out, I'm sure I've lost.

When I awake I find the cube and the mare still with me. The cube has changed its surface new, smooth and undamaged with the key in place.

I know I need to hurry my next location is so far away and I've lost so much time.

Hmm.. Don't read this if you haven't done it.. contains spoilers.. ^__~ .

My Cube was~
Black: stylish/ stark/ mysterious/ guarded/ self-contained/ drawn to the dark side
shiny: bright/ attention-getting/ achievement-oriented/ excellent

My Ladder was~
Wooden: are old friends/ are familiar and comfortable/ are older than you
Free-standing: have a unique slant on things/ are forward-looking (if towards horizon)/ are nonconformists

My Horse was~
White: idealized/ idealistic/ your dream of high principles/ good
Bare: free/ loved sexually
On top of cube: dominant/ honored/ on a pedestal/ possessed by you

My Storm was~
On The Horizon: in the distant future/ other people's/ on the evening news
Far away: minimal/ nothing to worry about

My Flowers were~
Around the Cube: your own/ young/ under your protection
Many, Plentiful: many kids/ your life's work/ other people's
Red Roses: passionately loved/ children of passionate love

------------
My Comments:
I think the cube explains me well, I do crave attention, and I am a bit mysterious or guarded. I don't like to express myself too much or too often.
The ladder? Yes, very much so. Non-conformists explains it well, close to me and old friends very dear to me.
The Horse, Oh so perfect, but I have yet to find the horse for me.. I am still a youngin' ^__~
The Storm, I'm not so sure about. My problems seem to be growing nearer as the days go by. *le sigh*
The flowers, Not so much. I'm not a big fan if children.. >__<

So flippin trippy. Now, I did hit something that takes a little interpretation and that would be awesome if you all can help.

SPOILERS: (Highlight between the '-'s, it's in yellow, so innocents can't read it instantly)
-
My ladder was wooden and warped, made with 20 rungs that were not all the same. None of the rungs were the same length or level as the others.

My ladder was also: Different material 'are unlike you' *nods*. Far from the cube 'are not very close/ live far from you/ don't see you often/ are not important to you'. My friends mostly live 300+Km's from me... lying down 'are relaxed/ casual companions in leisure/ not much use (unless in emergency)/ down and out/ deadbeats/ dead'... I go with the relaxed... many rungs 'are many'.

Also, my horse was grey. So, is that both black and white definitions, or something different? (Btw, my sister is a horse person and there is no colour such as white for a horse, and I said grey, cause I imagined grey as we know it, rather than white.)

Black: mysterious/ romantic/ powerful/ moody/ a good lover/ brunet(te)
White: idealized/ idealistic/ your dream of high principles/ good

I used 'brooding' for my storm. It was electrical and behind the cube, and I recognise that, but brooding?

-

Ideas?

surprised Yellow text? Yes it is:
The interpretation given is really just a guideline. What is most important is the significance that these objects might have for you personally. I'll take a stab at it, though.

Your ladder is wood, a relatively soft, warm material. Your circle of friends likely includes a large number of people you've gotten know very well. The distance between the ladder and the cube might represent physical distance, as you've said, or independence -- you don't depend on your friends to define your life, and they don't use you to define theirs. Your friendship is really that: enjoyment of one another's company. The warped quality of the ladder and the fact that the rungs don't match might relate to personal differences that make up separate life experiences. Are your friends very different from each other, as well as you?

For your mate, I don't see why those traits couldn't be combined. Does one set of qualities define your real/ideal lover better than the other? What qualities do you associate with the color grey? Why did you pick that instead of, say, pink with orange polka-dots? You said that white does not exist as a color for a horse, so your expectations are probably grounded in reality and practicality.

"Brooding" personifies your storm, but the meaning of the word should give you an idea of what the storm signifies: is there something hanging on at the back of your mind? Doubt? Worry? Only you can decide what the storm means and how you will react to it.

-

The Cube Game is a psychological game. It's meant to help you examine parts of your un/conscious, and therefore only you can decide what each of the symbols really mean. rofl The flowers, for example, don't necessarily represent your biological children. They could represent your inner child, or childhood/childish ideals and dreams.

Don't put too much stock into it if it worries you, or even if you think it describes you perfectly. domokun

Yeah, I know, I was just curious about it, that's all. As for the children part, I got some interesting things from that.

But yeah, they're all different and I don't depend on them, so that makes sense too. As for my mate, I suppose those ideals cover everything :XP:.

Anyway it was all very interesting and fairly accurate, especially if we interoperate that way. It doesn't worry me, I was just interested in knowing other people's opinions.
