It has come to my attention that some people are getting snappy and being a**'s to the moderators here in Et but they do a amazing job so this is what will happen.
Be rude to the mods - get a verbal warning
continue to be rude and offensive - you get banned
i am sorry but unless you treat the staff here with respect your backside is not wanted. this is a fun place we dont kick down on rules much so why not respect them.
i also know one person has been really rude and damn well out of order to my NEW VICE CAPTAIN Teh dana! i am warning you now continue this and you will be banned i will not accept this manner in which she is spoken to.
OH AND WELCOME TO DANA BEING VC

I am sorry to post this in this thread and under the cirustances, I know my big mouth for butting in, is not a plseant thing. (Oh and welcome Dana.) But as a unbisaed personal and knowing to well that Syke can be a plan and out right jerk, when he wants to, as well knowing he rude to people lot of the time.
I have seen some of the messages and I do agree with Dana that Syke was being a rude and pain in the backside, but I also agree with Syke that she took the comments out on content. Personal this is two people butting head over nothing and I belive both sides are wrong for one or more reasons.
Well expect for that is my two cents and also in another thing SAMMY I GOT THE UFS ST NICK CARD! PHILL HAPPY! xd

I agree with Syke being an pain in the dairy air!!!! (Sorry Syke, but it is true!) He is constantly trying to act like a mod, and he is constantly being mean. I am not sure if I was ever mean to anyone in here, but if I did, I would remember to at least apologize to that person, instead of ignoring the fact that you could of made that person angry. Yes, Syke has done this to me on numerous occasions. Glad I finally got that off of my chest.
Dana, Congrats on becoming the V/C!!! I knew you could do it!!!!! heart

Since you continue to clearly direct your coments at me concirning the Al-Bhed thread i would like to make it clear publicly that i don't feel that you have read my post and the one before it clearly.
Hence if you read my new post in that thread you will understand exactly what i ment and possably why you mistook what i said. Again i will reitterate that i was mearly trying to make a statement by somone else readable to Dana and re-worded. Somthing i think you may have all grasped by now. The fact is that I do agree with the point Singer for Life made about not talking in English in an Al-Bhed thread. But i disagree that the harsh critisiem i am recieving over it is neither fair nor justified.
If somone has a grievance with me. It is not hard to PM me to let me know your grievance. In this case it has been a member of Staff that has made this a public issue and at every attempt i have made so far to defend myself has been met with Disreguard. That is why I PM'd Angelic_Highlights after having read her statement Yesterday.
Hence why in that PM i said i would ask Phill for his opinion on the matter. And since then he has reviewed the issue and he will talk to Angelic_Highlights about it when he can. As for any futher comments i make on the issue (given that everything i have said has been in pure defence) The Jury is out untill Angelic_Highlights read's my PM and talks Phill on the matter. Otherwise to continue to this line of conversation is not doing anyone or the guild anygood.
If i have upset you DarkJoker i have not done it on purpose have upto now been unawear of it. This is because you have not given any indication of it. I'm sorry.
Congratulations Teh Dana on getting promoted to Vice Captain. All be it these are not ideal conditions for conversing.
