Sulph was packing his bags, Kimimaru (Cubone) at his side, while watching the news. When he finally is finished, including saying good-bye to his mom, Sulph and Kimimaru walk out the door, pack, and bone in hand (respectively)...

Elena sat on the beach and sighed, positioned just right for the waves to wet her feet, but not the dark crimson, velvet skirt of her dress. She had her shoes and pack beside her, a rather small amount packed in. A small Cyndaquil was clinging to her, balancing himself on her pulled-up legs carefully to avoid any water. Elena was contemplating something, and from the looks of things, it was leaving to start a long, tiresome journey...

Walking past a tree, Sulph reached up and picked five apples from the tree, placing three in his pack, giving one to Kimimaru, and eating one himself. Further still, he found the town beach, and he and Kimimaru basked in the warm sun.

While Elena was busying herself with staring at the surf and thinking, the Cyndaquil was much more alert, considering he was trying to avoid said surf. He noticed the trainer and the Cubone and tilted his head slightly. To Elena's suprise, he sprung up and began quickly making his way over to Sulph. Elena watched for a moment before realising where he was heading, and lept up herself, leaving her boots behind as she chased after her Cyndaquil. "Ogon! Ogon! Nyet! Zdes! Ogon!" she yelled afted him.
Ogon obviously had different plans, and continued running toward Sulph and Kimimaru, determined to cause trouble.

Kimimaru, hostile as ever, started bounding towards the cyndiquil, bone held high.
"Kimimaru! Stop it! Arggh!" said Sulph, bounding after the outraged cubone. He stops, having an idea... He pulls a Hershey's out of his pack. "Kimimaru, come back now if you want dessert!!"
Kimimaru stopped in it's tracks, looking from the Cyndiquil to his trainer,
-actually, it was the candy he was looking at- and back. Finally, after much contemplation, he turned back, head held low, to his awaiting trainer.

Elena bit down on her lip when she saw how hostile the Cubone was, trying to quicken her own pace as Ogon quickened his. She stopped and began to breath a sigh of relief when Sulph got Kimimaru to turn his attention away from Ogon, but swiftly began running again as she notice Ogon continue on.
Ogon saw the chocolate bar and his eyes widened, he began running even faster, much to Elena's dismay. Ogon began to steady himself for a jump, planning his way to leap on to Kimimaru's head, jump, snag the chocolate, and run. Seeing her chance, Elena hurled a Pokeball at the Cyndaquil, relaxing a little when the firey little thing was trapped inside.
She picked it up and sighed, nodding to Sulph. "I...I am so....So sorry..." she panted, clutching the wriggling Pokeball tightly in one hand while holding the other hand over her chest as she caught her breath. "He is a handful sometimes. He...He probably just wanted to come over and see what was going on, really." she said, her breath coming back to her as she laughed.

Sulph laughed. "Here, you can let your cyndiquil out now, I've got Kimimaru calmed down, and theres enough food, and chocolate, to go around."
Kimimaru nodded and went back to nibbling on his chocolate.

Elena raised an eyebrow and looked down to the wriggling Pokeball. "You sure? He's a bit of a joker, this one..." she mumbled, slowly releasing Ogon from the ball.
Ogon gave a protesting "Cynda!" as he was released and shook himself off. He turned around and stuck his nose up at Elena before turning away and beginning to climb up Sulph's leg.

Sulph grinned as he crouched down, patting the cyndiquil on the head before turning to face Elena. "You want something to eat? We got some chocolate -Kimimaru's herd jerked at this word looking at the pack-, Freshly picked apples, and some soda." Naming them all as he took them out, he had 21 hershey's bars, 3 apples, and a variety of soda. "Dig in."

Elena smiled as Ogon made a happy noise when he was patted. "Hm? Oh, no thank you. I had a good breakfast, and I'm fairly well packed." she said, nodding, and began to reach to her side to pat at her pack, only to find it not there. She winced and looked down the beach to where her pack and boots lay, sighing.
Ogon squealed and and quite literally dug in, leaping into the hersey's bars, unwrapping and eating one hastily. "Ogon," Elena warned, "You'll get a tummy ache that way..."

"Hehe, you going to Route 1 too?" Sulph inquired, looking at Elena, as he turned to face Ogon, who had already devoured one candy bar and was going for the next.

Elena nodded, relaxing a bit more. "Mm, yes. That obvious?" she asked, laughing softly. Ogon grabbed a third candy bar, but didn't eat it, instead he climbed up Elena's skirt and onto her shoulder, holding onto her head for balance and keeping the chocolate in hand. "We were going to head out soon, you?" Elena asked, smiling and tilting her head at Sulph. Suddenly she gasped and held a hand out. "Oh! Where are my manners! Hah, I'm Elena, but most poeple just call me Lena, and this," she paused, making a small motion to the Cyndaquil, "Is Ogon."

"Hello, Lena, Ogon. Yes, Kimimaru and I were just stopping at the beach for a bit, then we were going to be off. Oh, and my name is Sulph and, if you didn't already guess, this is Kimimaru." Kimimaru leaned over and whispered to Sulph, occasionally glancing at Elena and Ogon. Sulph's eyes went wide, as he said, "Are you sure?" Kimimaru nodded. "Okay then." Turning back to Lena, Sulph said, "Well, Kimimaru has gotten to like you too. Which is rare, he hardy likes anyone... Ow!" Kimimaru had hit Sulph in the leg with his bone. "Okay, okay.... He likes SELECT people..." Said Sulph while rubbing his sore. "Anyway, he was wondering if you'd like to join us in going to Route 1."

Elena smiled and nodded. "Pleasure to meet you, Sulph." she said, nodding. "And you too, Kimiimaru." she added. She blinked and watched Sulph and Kimimaru as they talked, curious. "Oh, really? I'm honoured! I'd love to." she said, blushing lightly. "Oh, I just need to get my things...And, Ogon, since you're the reason this whole little mess happened...I think it's only fair that you help by bringing my things over..." she muttered, grinning and poking the Cyndaquil in the stomach.
Ogoan shook his head and climbed down from Elena, scurrying over to her boots and her pack. Of course, he wasn't going to let her get away with doing this, not by a long shot...

((Sorry, had to go somewhere))
"Sweet! Thanks! It gets a bit lonely wiith just Kimimaru, Kinzoku, and I. Oh! You haven't met Kinzoku, yet, have you?" Sulph sends out Kinzoku, his Skarmory. Kinzoku, glad to be out of his pokeball, hops around. He then sees Elena and Ogan, then tilts his head. "Kinzoku, this is Lena, and this is Ogan." Kinzoku walks over to Lena, and starts nibbling on her pants.
"He's, uh, he likes you. Let's leave it at that." Sulph says as he laughs.
