There're a lot of places, but here are some of the ones we have down so far. Do not feel as though you have to use one of these locations. They're just ideas, places you might want to play in. And if you describe your location well, it might get added here too! ^^

The Library

Tucked away behind large oaken doors (complete with cobwebs on them that just *might* be purposeful), this library is anything but typical. The library itself is vast in each of its dimensions and decorated with in a Baroque style - lots of dark hardwoods and old, comfortable leather chairs. Complicated rugs, tall windows with intricate metalwork on them and the like. The ceilings are high, with tall, Gothic arches supporting them. The bookshelves themselves reach almost all the way up, far too far to reach. That's alright, though - you don't need to be able to reach them.

The library is intelligent. Simply think of the category or the book and the book you want will slowly float down to you. The library has a sense of humor at times, too, so... be careful what you think of. The library will also take care of any noise problems, generally with well-placed book to the head. Oh, and... Don't rip or bend the pages. Just.... don't. I'd rather not get into what happened to the last student who did. Very sad, really...

Teacher Break Room (Teachers only!)

Just a small room off one of the central hallways, the teacher break room is a fairly bare, beige room with a few chairs around a vaguely circular table. A small, worn tweed couch sits in one corner, probably the most comfortable piece of furniture in the room. There's a small eat-in kitchen to the right, allowing teachers to make a quick pot of coffee, a cake, or just some ramen whenever they feel the need. It's not a particularly pretty room, but a comfortable one.

Lunch Room

The lunch room - where all students who don't cook are welcome to get their fodder, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's a large room with stone floors and long, old-fashioned wooden tables. The tables have accompanying wooden benches and the room itself is lit, usually, by skylights. At night, luminescent balls of... something or other light the place, floating gently about the ceiling and lighting it just as well as if not better than the daylight itself does. They've been fondly nicknamed will-o-wisps by both the students and faculty alike.

The teachers can eat at their own table, or among the students. Different teachers have different ideas of fun, so the choice has been left up to them. As for the students, they can sit in whatever arrangement they choose. Every table save the one on the far left (the teacher's) is open to them.

The food is put out in a buffet-style setup with a line on each side and is actually pretty good for school food. Vegetarian and vegan options are readily available, and the food itself is pretty damn good. There're also more... interesting options for those students with "special" diets.

The Atrium

The Atrium is a large place right smack dab in the centre of the school. It's essentially a giant break/common room, where students are allowed to go to hang out between classes. It has high, arching stone ceilings with a cupola at the top, thick wall-to-wall carpeting, many beautiful stained-glass or normal glass windows and skylights, a large array of comfortable chairs and couches, small tables, magazine racks (the students have donated quite a large number of them over the years) and even a fireplace or two! There's an indoor fountain-y thing in the middle - the bottom's covered in pennies by now, giving the water a coppery-green shimmer to it. Some people have compared it to a hotel's lobby, and they wouldn't be entirely wrong. This place, though, has a much more relaxed, lived-in feel than a hotel lobby ever will.

Food is allowed in here, as is music or just about anything else conceivable. It only becomes a problem if people start complaining about noise, at which point the louder students can either quiet down or have a teacher called on them. You have to respect other people when you're in a common space, after all.

At night, it's lit just like the rest of the school - floating balls of glowing stuff that have been fondly nicknamed will-o-wisps by the students and faculty alike. It's unclear whether or not they're sentient...
