Well, our flight doesn't actually have one as of right now. Our unit's motto is, "Simply the Best." I know it's horrible, but I didn't make it up.
Note to self: make sure all flights get a motto, and change the unit's motto to something less retarded.

We had a goofy platoon sergeant who made us make squad mottos and I really like this one:
Best of the Best
of the Humble(or any school) Corps
We're loud. we're proud.
We are Squad FOUR!
And the Color Guard Motto was:
We carry the colors.
We carry'em proud.
This is our motto.
It's really loud.
