They'd been traveling for awhile now, and he was getting bored. They had to get this Julia person to the next PokeCenter, which was in Cove Town. Taking a look at his pokeNAV, he found out they were getting close. Good, good. He looked at his 5 pokeballs, one of which holding the Frogree he'd been able to catch on his way there. It was surprising how strong the Frogree was...

Awhile later, they seemed to near the outskirts of a town..
"Hey, we're here! It's Cove Town!" Forgetting the other two, he started running towards it, his Plusle falling off.

The Plusle was motivated to keep up and started running after him.

The watermelon trainer says...

Michiko sighed as Xeph started running towards the town. Men. She thought to herself. They've always got to be first! It's ridiculous. Then, despite herself, she took off after him, not wanting to let him get too far ahead. She wanted to look good in front of Skar, after all. If she wanted to outshine this Xeph person, she would have to beat him once and for all!

Ignoring her hypocrisy, she felt even faster with the last thought, and surged ahead, trying to catch up to Xeph, or even, and preferably, beat him.

"Wait for me!!!"

Skar called up to the others as they ran towards the town. She was dragging behind as she hated walking, and running was worse. She whined and mumbled about beign left behind as she trudged up to meet them and look out onto Cove Town.

"I'm tired... we need to find a place to sleep..."

The pink lady said softly as she glanced at Michiko then Xeph. A pouty look on her pale face.

He hooked his thumbs in his pockets and nodded. He figured that the group could just stay at the Pokemon Center, when they arrived there. He looked at his pokeballs.

"Mm, we could rest over at the Pokemon Center," he said. He remembered the girl's Kolibrisk as well. "We'll have to get there soon either way, now won't we." He nodded, zooming in on the map of his pokeNAV. The map showed that the center should only be a few minutes away. He nodded, putting the navigator back on his belt. He turned to the side and took a step back. "After you."

With a sudden feeling within himself, he jerked his side to the side. What was that... I know I sensed something. He took a small look at the girls, but felt like the feeling deserved more attention. It didn't seem like something that he should just ignore, not even for a moment. Without a word, he dashed off into the trees once more from where they came. Within moments, he wouldn't be seen by the two anymore. He didn't think much of it, as he could easily find them again if he needed. The feeling he had, though... He knew it was something he'd have to see into now, or never get the chance to find out what it was.

Within moments, he was able to hear the sound of a pokemon's heavy breath. He slowed his movement and moved closer towards the sound. As he peeked past a tree, he saw the sight of a pokemon he'd seen only on the television... And it was one of his favorite pokemon ever. Plusle peeked over from his shoulder and saw it. A dragon, it a much weaker form than its strongest, but powerful nonetheless. Bagon...

"Oh man... I can't believe I've found one, I don't even know if I can handle catching it." He said, mainly to himself. He remembered Nidoking and Frogree, which might be able to bring the Bagon down enough. But his main fear was that they'd hurt the precious dragon... No, I won't let them do that to it! He wouldn't let anything hurt it too much, just enough to get it into his pokeball... Yes, he'll catch Bagon and become one step closer to the best, no one could stop him now. He grabbed two of his pokeballs and he'd them in between his fingers. This Bagon seemed strong, much too strong. Even if it was unfair, he wouldn't let the chance to catch what would become the mighty Salamence get away. He watched at the Bagon leapt from a boulder, spreading its arms. As his pokedex had said, Bagon wanted to fly, and they'd risk injury to do it. This was made obvious now, at the Bagon slammed into the floor, head first. He gasped slightly to himself, as he didn't want the pokemon to be too hurt. He'd take the Bagon to the center as soon as he was caught. With that, he threw the two pokeballs, one the the left and one to the right.

"Leif, Sang, we're going after Bagon!" He yelled, stepping into view and seeing the Bagon simply look up, surprised. Nakio didn't expect it, but Plusle also jumped down, looking as though he felt that he wanted to help as well.
PostPosted: Wed Jan 31, 2007 11:48 pm

Nakio simply let the smile fall upon his face, his dark eyes upon the Bagon. He looked at his current party with a smile, they couldn't possibly lose. He had complete trust in Leif, for Leif had always been loyal to him. It seemed like Leif would give his life for the young trainer at times, though Nakio would never want that. He looked at the Bagon, which seemed to be staring at the Treecko in fear. He was able to see why, as well. Treecko was using leer on the Bagon, which to put simply, scared it. A lot. Nakio knew he couldn't let the opportunity go to waste, he'd need to sent attacks towards it.

"Aoi, use tackle!" He yelled the command, thinking that he should start with weaker attacks, so he could surprise it with the stronger attacks of Hitmonchan and Treecko afterwards. But, it seemed that Nakio didn't truly know the power of his pokemon. He as surprised at the Plusle dashed quickly forward and tackled its small body straight into Bagon's. The attack did some damage, but not nearly enough. Bagon was a strong pokemon, afterall, Nakio knew it when he first saw it. He remembered that Plusle would have another helpful move right now. "Aoi, use thunderwave!" The small mouse sent a small jolt of electricity, just enough for the Bagon to be immobilized long enough to be attacked.

"Leif, use pound!" He ordered to his friend. The treecko nodded, running at the Bagon. It leapt into the air, doing a flip as it slammed its tall down straight on the Bagon's head. At first, Nakio was surprised that the Bagon seemed barely affected, but soon remembered its toughness. "Jump away, both of you." He said, having both Aoi and Leif jump to the side.

Before he needed to say anything, Hitmonchan was already next to the Bagon. Nakio was glad that they'd been able to surprise and confuse the Bagon, for if it fought back, he wouldn't be sure what to do. "Sang, use Comet Punch!" He yelled, the Hitmonchan already starting to do so at the sound of his name. The Bagon tried to defend, but seemed unable to. Seconds later, it fell back, just about to faint. In that moment, Nakio pulled an empty pokeball from his pack and threw it at the bagon.

Beep. Beep. Beep. Beeeep... His eyes widened as he ran over and hugged Hitmonchan out of joy. "We did it! Bagon, he's ours!"

The watermelon trainer says...

As Michiko reached the top of a hill, she realized with a jolt that she couldn't see either Nakio or Skar anyway. She frowned, and tried to call out their names, but was too out of breath from her sprint there to do much of anything. After she had regained her breath, she tried again, but there was no response. She felt a feeling of panic approaching her, and she decided to just run, run, run until her lungs gave out and she would hopefully find them. She didn't care if it was a stupid idea; she just wanted to find them. She was along in the middle of a path through the route, and with no friends to help her. That scared her, scared her more than anything else possibly could.

After about ten to twenty minutes of running, she collapsed onto the ground. Looking up to see where she was, she laughed. There, in front of her, was a town. But it probably wasn't a town. No, it was more likely to be a mirage brought on by dehydration, fear, and an overactive imagination.

After regaining her breath, she stared, for the town was still there. Could she not have been imagining it afterall?

She walked slowly into the pokecenter, noticing on her way in that the door handle was very much a solid, touchable object. She smiled, for there, like in the pictures from her father's high school reunion, was a familiar face. There, behind the counter, was Nurse Joy. She grinned, for anyone who could heal Zippy was a miracle.

Walking over, she placed Zippy on the counter. "Please, Nurse Joy, can you fix her?" She had tears in her eyes, afraid, despite Skar and Nakio's reassurances, that Zippadorah wasn't fixable.

"Sure. Just a few minutes, please." Nurse Joy looked at Michiko, a friendliness in her eyes and voice that reminded Michiko of her home. For a moment, she was homesick, but then decided it was better to be on an adventure.

Michiko stared, "Really? You can actually fix her"

"Why of course! She's just unconscious. A little Max Revive ought to heal her up nicely."

Michiko smiled, "Thanks. Do you mind if I wait here for Zippy?"

Nurse Joy shook her head, and simply went into the back room to revive Zippy.

About twenty minutes later, a loud cawing was heard, obviously Zippy. Michiko's face lit up as her Kolibrisk flew out of the back room and into her arms. "Thank you, Nurse Joy!"

With a laugh and a wave, she skipped out of the building, continuing to skip around town until she heard a man's voice,
"Hey, you there! Girly! I've got a favour to ask of you!"

"Yes? How can I help?"

The man proceeded to explain that he had a male and female Meowth who had been wanting a baby. He then told her that instead of one child, they had three, and so he needed to give two away, since he couldn't take care of them. Michiko, catching his unspoken idea, asked sweetly, "May I please have two of them?"

"Why, how kind of you! Of course!" He handed the two Meowth kittens to Michiko, a girl and a boy, then thanked her and walked off. Just as Michiko was about to walk away as well, a strange man in a dark green suit ran up to her, as if he had been watching the whole thing.

"Ma'am, I hate to bother you, but could you possibly trade your female Meowth for my female Bagon? I know I'm being a rather unfair trader to you, since a Meowth is so much better than a Bagon, but still... I really, really want Meowth, and now you have two, so could you please trade yours?"

She stared, then nodded, wordless. She didn't know what a Bagon was, but since she had two Meowths, she might as well give the man one of them. He seemed so desperate afterall...

With smiles, happy 'thank you's, and a few hugs, the man walked off, leaving Michiko alone again. She sighed, and walked over to a public bench in the hopes that someone would see her and help her figure out how to find Skar and Nakio.

Nakio hurrily ran over and grabbed the pokeball that he'd the Bagon now his. He let his other pokemon into their pokeballs, other than Plusle who still didn't want to go in. He needed to introduce himself to the Bagon, it would build some trust, now wouldn't it. He opened the pokeball, letting a small, Dragon-type pokemon out. It looked at the trainer, surprised that it'd been caught. It was better than that, it believed.

"Hey, I'm Nakio!" He said with a smile, holding his hand out to the Bagon. The Bagon looked at him oddly, but took his hand. He brought it up and down slowly to shake it and let go. "I think it'll be really great to have you travel with us, so will you please help us with our journey?" He asked, knowing that Bagon would be more useful if he was willing to help them.

The Bagon closed its eyes, seeming to think. Nakio hoped he would be able to convince Bagon if it decided it didn't want to. Bagon simply open his eyes and look at the sky, seeming to reach up. It didn't take too much time for Nakio to figure out why, either. He knew that all Bagon's true desire was to be able to soar through the skies, and it was a nice dream for them. And he could honestly say...

"If you come with me, I can assure you... You'll get to the skies sooner, we'll just have to practice as hard as we can." He said, crossing his arms with a nod. The Bagon simply looked at him, seeming to be skeptical, but it didn't seem that he just put the trainer off. He was still considering it. Nakio knew that he wanted Bagon on his team, but he didn't know why the pokemon would want to help him. The reason he gave was probably the best he'd be able to come up with for Bagon. He just didn't know if it was just good enough for the dragon. Please... please please please! Perhaps the plee showed in his eyes, because Bagon seemed to feel some compassion for the boy. It nodded slightly and roared out. A display of power? Loyalty? Nakio had know idea, but it wasn't something he felt the need to fear, not at all. He took a look at the pokeball he'd caught Bagon in. This had been the one he'd painted for this pokemon, since he'd known for years that Bagon was going to be his companion, no matter what people though. The pokeball's top was painted silver and the bottom had a red criss-cross design. He wasn't sure why'd he'd chosen such a pattern, he might've even repainted the pokeball if he had time, but for some reason, it looked right. Bagon looked at it and shook its head, looking back at the rock.

"You still want to train?" He asked, a smile on his face. The Bagon nodded, kneeling down into a running position. It dashed forward, arms held straight and slightly behind it. As it neared the boulder, it jumped and tackled right into it, headfirst. Nakio gasped slightly, partially because of the fact that it would go headfirst at a boulder. But more importantly, he was surprised that the boulder broke... "Bagon..." He almost couldn't believe how strong it was, but then again, it was a dragon. He should've known.

It seemed that Plusle didn't want to be weak either, and honestly, he didn't want Plusle to be weak. Plusle was another of his favorite pokemon, and Hitmonchan and Grovyle too. His party had a lof of the best pokemon he knew already, and he wasn't going to let anyone beat them. He wanted them to know they were the best. He'd have to let the other two out as well, so they could all train. As if on impulse, he looked up to Plusle and said, "Hey Plusle, let's work on your speed more, you're close to being able to learn Quick Attack, I think." He said, dropping the other two pokeballs with Hitmonchan and Treecko inside. He looked around the area, which had trees and space and it just seemed perfect for training, he thought. He saw Plusle dashing about, trying to work on his speed like Nakio had said. He smiled and looked at Bagon, doing as he'd been doing before. That boulder wouldn't be there anymore by the time he was done, he thought. Hitmonchan and Treecko seemed to be working together, as they took turns of one attacking and the other trying to evade.

"I didn't know Treecko was that fast..." he wondered aloud as Treecko dodged the barrage of attacks from Hitmonchan. He didn't know what made him remember, but he remembered that they were supposed to help the girl at the Pokemon center. He called out to the pokemon. "Guys, we gotta go! Maybe we could heal you all up as well..." He added, looking at the pokemon who seemed slightly worn out. He let all of them in their Pokeballs, even Plusle who wouldn't argue. He was too tired.

For the next few minutes, he rushed toward the town. He'd made his way to the pokemon center without any incident in under 30 minutes, though he felt a bit tired with the sprinting. Before walking in, he saw the Watermelon Girl over on a bench.

"Hey there." He said, walking over and taking fast breaths.

The watermelon trainer says...

Michiko smiled as she noticed Nakio. "Oh, hi. Say, you wouldn't happen to know where Skar ran off to, would you?" She was really worried about the girl, whom she had thought was running right behind her. What if she had been kidnapped and was being held for ransom? Or what if she had been eaten by a wild Neganasp like her own? Or what if... What if... There were so many horrible possibilities! She broke down into tears at the thought of never seeing her new friend again, for she was in a very pessimistic mood, and honestly didn't think she'd ever see her again.

She realized that she was crying, and instantly felt ashamed. She shouldn't be crying! She might get to see Skar again someday anyway? So what if the true love of her life had run away? Surely there would be another one...?

A few minutes of sniffling and wiping her eyes clear of the tears later, she was only feeling depressed, as opposed to extremely so. She sighed, still unable to believe she had broken down crying. That only enforced the stereotype that was undoubtedly in Nakio's mind, as it was in all men's minds. They all seemed to think girls were so much more inferior, and that they would throw fits and cry every time something little happened that was negative. She had vowed when she was younger that she would prove them wrong, but now here she was, acting a fool and making an idiot out of herself.

She hung her head, embarrassed at having failed so miserably. She had not only reinforced the stereotype, but now she was also still missing Skar. Dammit, why couldn't she get over her? It was so unfair!

At that moment, Zippy, who had been perched on a roof aways off flew over to Michiko, landing on her shoulder, and trying to cheer her up. But it was to little avail. Though Michiko did her best to look happy, if one were to look inside her eyes they would see through the falsity.

She got up off the bench, brushing off her dress of some annoying twigs and dirt, then wiped her eyes a final time. "Where did you run off to, anyway?" she asked, honestly curious.

"Oooh, and guess what! I got two Meowths! But I traded one for a Bagon, 'cause the guy really wanted one. I don't care that he said Meowths are better, I just wanted to make him happy.

Then, she realized she had never even seen said Bagon, and blinked. She looked down at the pokeball and smiled, pressing the button to send out the 'Bagon.'

With a flash of red light, there stood a strange, small, light blue pokemon. It had stubs for arms, and its head was disproportionately large for its body. "BAGON!" it cried, looking around.

Then, it ran up to Michiko and grabbed her leg, sitting down on her foot. Michiko stared at it, unnerved by it. "...uh? Hi, Bagon..."

"BA! BA BA GON!"

"Nice to meet you too?"

The Bagon jumped up upon noticing Nakio and ran over to him, bowing it's head slightly. "Bagon."

Michiko giggled, for the pokemon looked really ridiculous in such a pose, especially since it was bowing to a MAN.

The Bagon soon lost interest with Nakio, after having spent about a half second bowing to him. It began to jump up and down, yelling out its name for the world to hear.

"Is this Bagon on caffeine," Michiko asked Nakio, "or are they all like this?" It was rather tiring to watch, as well as creeping her out.

Before Nakio had time to answer, however, the Bagon stopped jumping up and down. However, instead of calming down, all it did was start running in a tight circle, bobbing its head up and down so that it looked like some strange, mental thing.

"No, I---." He stopped after seeing that she started crying. Why would she cry? He could probably assume the truth, but he didn't. He wondered why he wasn't feeling the way she did, surely he should...

"Hey, it'll be okay. We might meet her later.." He forced a smile, not knowing what to do in response to her tears. She didn't really seem interested in him, so something that worked with the people who liked him in that way wouldn't work. It was silly how such things worked anyway, but they did and he used that to his advantage. So... She left us, has she? He frowned slightly, but he couldn't really change such a truth. He decided in that moment that if Skar was going to leave, he'd let her. Not that he could stop her either way, though... It was saddening never the less.

As her pokemon, Zippy, came down, he smiled. It'd gotten healthier, as he was sure Nurse Joy would be able to do. He was glad, despite the fact that he knew the pokemon had merely fainted and would easily be healed. He remembered that he still wanted to heal his pokemon after they'd been training. Bagon probably motivated them all to do so, which he'd been glad for. He didn't have to force or persuade them at all, they seemed to do it happily. Another step closer to the best...

She went on telling about how she'd gotten two Meowths, but had traded one for a Bagon. Inside his head, he twitched and grabbed at her throat, but he kept still outside. She'd been able to get a Bagon because of some stupid trainer believed Meowths to be better than Bagon. As if...

"How in the world did some idiot trainer think that a Meowth was better than a Bagon?" He said, sighing. People these days... He watched as she released the Bagon, it running around stupidly. He waved towards it as it bowed for half a second and looked at his pokeball that'd been able to catch one as well. He looked back at it, it seemed to be pretty healthy and pretty strong as well.

"They're not all that... hyper, but they all do some things that I don't think they should..." He was referring to how many of them jumped off cliffs and boulders hoping to be able to fly. If it weren't for their incredibly hard skulls, it was assured that they would be hurt severely. He decided to show it by releasing his own, so he grabbed its pokeball.

"Go, Silex!" He said, throwing the pokeball, releasing a male Bagon. It looked around, getting slightly confused by the sight of this town. It raised its head tall, trying to see everything, but being unable. He noticed and decided to show the pokemon the town later on, no harm in visiting places afterall.

"Bagon..." It didn't seem to know what to do, but he didn't show fear. He looked up at Nakio, the boy who'd been able to catch him for some reason or another. Nakio knelt down beside him and pet his hard head, putting a berry in its mouth.

"Hey Si, you ready to visit Nurse Joy?" He asked it, pointing with his left index finger at the pokemon center they were near. It nodded, but seemed to be unsure what the trainer was talking about. Nakio nodded, looking over at Julia.

"Could you hold on for a second? I have to get my pokemon healed." He picked Bagon up under the arms and it seemed to finally notice the girl. It also looked down and saw the other Bagon. It waved while Nakio brought him into the center, pushing the doors open with his sides.

"Hey Nurse Joy!" He said with a grin, not seeing anyone in line. He strolled to the front counter and placed Bagon down, seeing the Bagon as slightly heavy. "Could you heal my pokemon for me?" He asked, mock begging. She seemed to laugh as she nodded. With a grin, he placed his pokeballs onto the counter, letting Bagon in his as well. He remembered the Nidoking and pointed at its pokeball.

"Be careful, Nidoking is wild." He warned, not wanting to cause a scene. He quickly added a thanks as he popped back out the doors, knowing to come back in a few.

"So... How'd you get two Meowths, Michii?" He asked, trying to surprise her by saying it before she noticed he'd returned.

The watermelon trainer says...

Michiko heaved a sigh of relief at Nakio's statement about not all Bagons being hyper. "Thank goodness. If I were to ever get another, I don't think I'd be able to stay sane!" She laughed, then smiled at the Bagon. "It's so cuute! And so much better behaved than mine...." She grinned, then said, "But mine's a girl, so mine is BETTER!"

"Yeah, I can wait here. I'm sure you won't take too terribly long." She waved back at the Bagon as he and Nakio disappeared into the Pokemon Center. She reached into her pocket and pulled out her radio. She flipped on the switch, and on came some calming, classical music. She hummed along quietly, until suddenly a news brief came on:

THIS JUST IN! SKARMORY HAVE BEEN SPOTTED SWARMING JUST OUTSIDE OF COVE TOWN! DON'T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO CATCH THIS RARE BEAUTY TODAY!

Michiko jumped up instantly, ready to fight. She scribbled a note to Nakio, setting it down on the bench, in case she wasn't back until after he was.

She ran all the way to the outskirts of town, and began looking around for any signs of life. Suddenly, she spotted a small pokemon, only about a foot tall. It was very squat, and looked rather like a little beetle of some sort, albeit a shiny, metallic one. Michiko smiled, and was just about to call for Zippy when she caught a glimpse of steel from the corner of her right eye.

"SKARRRRRRRRR!"

A large bird pokemon about her size came swooping down, coming to a stop just above the smaller pokemon. It furiously began pecking the first one, obviously driven wild by hunger. It was scrawny, and though its feathers shone in the sunlight, one could see easily that it was malnourished. Its 'feathers,' usually a brilliant crimson, were faded and dirty.

The smaller pokemon began to cry out, seemingly asking for mercy, "Aron! A-a-a-a-aron!" It made her heart break, seeing such a poor, defenseless pokemon being hurt so. Heck, any pokemon being hurt would make her heart break!

She frowned, wondering how she could possibly get this pokemon to leave the other alone. Then, she had an idea. She pulled a snack bar out of her pocket, and yelled, "HEY YOU! COME AND GET IT!" Then, she threw the snack bar high up into the air, losing sight of it as it flew into a sun ray.

The bird-thing took off immediately, catching the bar as it began its descent. Then, it turned to Michiko, obviously still mad with hunger.

"Uh-oh...." She swore softly, and began running. The bird was catching up to her when suddenly, the small pokemon from before caught up with her, and threw itself at the larger pokemon. Michiko gasped, and stopped, turning around as fast as she could. The two were locked in an intense fight, the smaller pokemon hardening its shell over and over again, then headbutting the larger, and the larger pokemon pecking away at the smaller.

Soon, both pokemon began to wear out, and Michiko was in tears at the sight. She cried out, "STOP IT!" her voice wavering with sadness. The two looked at her, then stopped, somewhat shocked that she had the nerve to yell at them. She was just a human, afterall! Then, the smaller pokemon crept up to her.

"Aron?" It nudged its head against her leg, then fainted, worn to exhaustion.

The second pokemon was too tired to be hungry now, and walked slowly over to Michiko before grabbing a pokeball with its beak, and throwing it at the smaller pokemon. Finally, it dropped its head, hitting Michiko's pokeball purposefully on the way to the ground, causing it to capture itself.

Michiko stared at the two wobbling pokeballs, dumbstruck. These would be the third pokemon she had caught completely on accident! Was she lucky, or was it some sort of other... thing? She was so confused, especially when each pokeball made a little clicking noise, resting still on the ground. She picked them up, then made her way to the nearest Pokemon Center. She had them revived, still wondering how the heck she had managed to obtain two more pokemon in such an unrealistic manner. As Nurse Joy handed back her pokeballs, she thanked her, walking out in a daze.

Her body was on autopilot, guiding her back to the bench, and then sitting her down. She only broke out of her trance-like state when Nakio asked his question.

She jumped nearly a foot in the air, screaming loudly. Then, she calmed down, though she had to take several deep breaths to do so. "Oh... uh... Hi. I got two Meowths... uhh... Well, you see... This guy. He had a guy and a girl Meowth. And he wanted a kitten. So they had kittens. But he could only take care of one. So he gave me the other two. Yeah..." She blinked, then realized how weird that day had been. It was almost sundown, and she had no where to stay. Such is the life of a wandering trainer, I guess..." Still, she decided to ask Nakio where she could sleep. Maybe he would have a better idea of where she could sleep, besides the bench where she would undoubtedly be robbed, or killed, or... something.

"Hey Nakio... Do you know of any hotels for trainers or something, where I could spend the night?"

...So you'd better listen. <3

"Oh? That was lucky of you." He said with a smile. Gah... her good luck is evil... Evil I say! Just as he was thinking that, Nurse Joy popped out the door and startled him. He nearly jumped as he turned to look at her. She'd just come to give him back his pokemon and he couldn't help but laugh his nervous laugh. He took the pokeballs and nodded politely to her.

"Thanks, Nurse Joy..." He turned his head back to Julia as she asked about where to stay. He thought for a moment, then shrugged. "I have no idea. I like to sleep in the forest, it's fun that way." He smiled, remembering some of the adventures he'd had. Then, he remembered the wild Pokemon that always came and attacked if you chose the wrong place to stay.

"On second though... We probably shouldn't do that." He looked around, hoping for something obvious like a sign of some sort leading them to an Inn, but couldn't.

Blaed began to hum as she found that they were quite alone on the way back to the inn, she was about to fall back to her crazy ways particularly in this case going from hum to loud, off-key song when she stopped herself beforehand, saved from more embarassment. "Hello, what are you looking for?" she asked the purple-coated figure like a child, whom she had halted in front of, then a second later was surprised she had approached them in the first place. I must have gotten carried away in my craziness, she thought to herself still dumbstruck, but the surprise not evident in her features, only the question.

Michiko shrugged, not sure if it really was lucky or not. If she was really lucky, wouldn't she get the chance to catch a pokemon with skill? And if she was TRULY lucky, would Skar have abandoned them? "I guess... But it would be nice to catch one with skill, like the two metallic ones I just caught..."

As he was startled by Nurse Joy, she giggled, for he had looked rather ridiculous.

She frowned as he seemed to not have a clue where they could stay. Then. she had an idea. She yelled after Nurse Joy, "Hey, wait!" She ran up to her, smiling in an embarrassed manner. "Sorry to bug you again, but do you know where I could stay tonight?"

Nurse Joy nodded, and gave Michiko the directions to a 'cozy little motel' that was supposedly just a few blocks away. Michiko thanked her enthusiastically, then ran back to Nakio to tell him what she had been told. After she had briefed him, she wondered whether or not she should show him her most recent pokemon. She decided she'd wait, since they might end up attacking him, and she had to get them some food anyway.

...So you'd better listen. <3

The trainer with light-red hair smiled, "Hello, I'm Blaed and I'm a new trainer. Sorry to intrude so suddenly, I jumped in without really thinking as my mood was too carefree," Blaed gave the intro she skipped in her spontaeity, apologizing for her rudeness in this way and with a bow. Thankfully the chimes of her newly awaken pokemon in her arms lightened the mood for her. Blaed giggled lightly, "My Cyndaquil, Trinka, Doronia, Jiru, and Bagon, Simone, want to say hi, too."
