It might be fun but I say that all villages came for the same chuunin exams.. however. there might be some problems and others might get bored waiting the first fight to start.. meaning.. we have to start all the battels at same time and each battel should be it's own judge. The winner might not go trough however.. it is judged by the fighting and RP skills..good idea?
then. the pairs should be choosed by random number. First we get the names who are caminf and from witch village. then each draws an random number and they choose pairs. if there someone without pair the one who draws biggest number is automaickly in next round.. we held more than one rounds?
thats my instant ideas..

i reckon we should wait for the battle system. the rp fight that the hokage had is an example of "people think they r better than everybody else" some guy started a fight with the hokage and he dodged everything
