Hey! The game says, "normal" when you don't have an ability so...? Wouldn't that technically count?
Besides, the very first Kirby didn't use any fancy powers. He was normal the whole time. He'd just eat some nice stuff like spicy food to get the flames out of his mouth and destroy enemies all the while.
Let's chat about Normal Ability!

Well lets face it. If Kirby stuck as normal and had no copy powers he'd just be a very long running felatio gag. Well if he lasted that long anyway.
It'd be interesting if after copying powers so much Kirby began to remember things. After having bomb so much you'd think Kirby could make and stockpile his own bombs, or you'd think he wouldn't even need Fighter power after a while. Throw should be common sense to Kirby if he doesn't feel like actually sucking something up. Kirby should be able to just pick up a sword and know what to do by now.

Well if you count Ouch, you have to count Wheelie Rider, Warp Star, Cart Kirby, and Cannon Kirby.

Infact it did in KSS. It even had a picture in the Ability box for Kirby dying and when Kirby starts to create a partner.

That reminds me of the first time I've played a Kirby game. I didn't know how to use the copy ability, so I stayed as "Normal Kirby" untill I fought Cracko. sweatdrop So I guess "Normal Ability" is the Newbie ability.

I wouldn't say Normal is a newbie ability. Kirby's plenty effective even if he doesn't copy powers. In some of the games he's actually more effective without them.

Lebia I wouldn't say Normal is a newbie ability. Kirby's plenty effective even if he doesn't copy powers. In some of the games he's actually more effective without them. I know, but what if the player is completely ignorant, and goes through the whole game as "Normal Kirby?" It's the ability of the newbs then, right? (I've done that once, too.)
