But this peace did not come without a cost, many warriors lost their live to seal the great darkness known only as The Shadow. The Shadow left it’s mark on different artifacts of each island and they were sealed and protected in temples across the lands. The Shadow itself was sealed in the main castle where the strongest holy magic resides.
Now, the barriers around the islands have lifted, they all know it means one thing: The Shadow has revived. The strongest warriors of each island have gathered to stand against the Shadow, but all those that so much as get close to the castle perish. Only those who are descendants of the original warriors and priests that sealed the Shadow all those years ago can stand up to it.
Armed with their weapons and the objects used to seal The Shadow so many years ago, the warriors begin to leave their families and the safety of their islands to exorcize this darkness and bring peace back to their lands. Have the warriors inherited their ancestors great powers, or will the Shadow strike them down like the many warriors before them?
Islands:
Semascan - the source of the Shadow’s power, normally a very peaceful island, the castle can be seen for miles as a beacon of hope for others. The warrior from this area specializes in using darkness in their fighting and are very strong in close combat.
Farisa - a beautiful island with equally beautiful people. The warrior from this island is very nimble and very stealthy. They specialize in using long range weapons such as arrows and throwing daggers. The element of this island is Wind.
Red Mountain - an island named for the mountain at it’s center. The fertile volcanic soil is home to many rare plants, but the only ones that are visible are the blood red flowers that cover its surface. Fire is this area’s element, and much like the volcano, the warrior from here is violent and unpredictable and characterized by their blazing red hair and eyes.
Avalon- a strange island, every hour that goes by here is a day to the outside world, so the people appear young but are actually thousands of years old. One of the few lands not yet touched by the Shadow’s dark forces. The warrior from this island is very calm and collected and specializes in both close and long range weapons. The island element is Light/lightning
Bakudesta - This island is often referred to as ‘Gaia’s Stronghold’. This island is literally solid as a rock, all of the buildings, the houses and shops are all constructed of nothing but rock. The warrior from this island is very strongly built, and uses heavy weapons such as maces and large axes. But their large size means they’re slow and they often rely on horses or dragons to get them around quickly. If you have yet to notice, the island element is Earth.
Freya - the island of water, the water of this area is so pure that when the sun hits it, it seems to have a faint silver glow to it. This warrior is calm, but their mood can change with the tides. They specialize in using whips and chains and are just as nimble as the warriors as Farisa.

2.) Relationships can happen
3.) If someone does not take the role of The Shadow, it can be controlled by anyone
4.) We all start off on our own islands, then meet in the actual kingdom once everyone posts
5.) The sealing items can be anything, a small drum, a rose, a piece of jewelry, a weapon, etc.

Power: Dragon's Wrath - an attack that uses every weapon he's got by enfusing fire to his sword, his whip, and his arms to throw fire formed as dragons in different directions at his enemy. a devastating attack, it's patterns change everytime, so it's incredibly difficult to predict and block
Personality: distant, a little hot headed, protective, he can get VERY violent if provoked
Background: His is the heir to the throne in his Kingdom of Red Mountain. but he's not surrounded by royal glory, in fact, there is another man's blood on his hands...
while out on the streets, a man wouldn't quit pestering him about some petty favor for his family. in a burst of anger, he lead the man out into the fields of red mountain and killed him. the vibrant flowers that grew that year served as a beautiful reminder of the horrible thing he did. and those flowers seemed to stay longer than any of the others.
that event haunts him, it's as vivid in his mind as the flowers on the mountain. to repent, he's left his island to destroy the Shadow and hopefully fix the wrong he commited.
