Klonoa was treading along the river's edge, looking in at his large reflection. He had discovered his odd transformation into the Legendary state that day, having come across the water on an idle walk. He was surprisingly calm about it, and seemed intent on just leaving the change alone. "Hmmm...I wonder what Yadid will think..." he mumbled to himself.

Fish...Fish...Fish...
Remedy's mind was a one way road, and the same car kept going by. And it happened to be a fish. The large orange Tocou was crouched carefully near the water, prowling quietly along it's edge as he followed a fish that was swimming. He had nearly walked past Klonoa, as he was on the other side of the water, but his dark shape caught his eyes just as he passed and he stopped, eyes surprised and wide.
"Aww man...You're kidding me, right?" He found himself groaning, recognizing the other as an old aqquaintance. And he was big. The fish he had been stalking suddenly jumped out of the water and slapped Remedy in the nose with it's wet tail before swimming away hastily.
Whether or not it had planned to do that, it didn't matter. It pretty much made his picture of dumbfoundedness funnier.

Klonoa looked up slowly, his dark indigo eyes full of grief. He would have been excited to see his old friend, but he was in no mood to excite himself. "Oh...long time no see, Remedy." A flitting cyan shape zipped into view, Klonoa's fairy familiar hovering over by Remedy's head. "He-ey, who are you? And how do you know Klonoa?" she demanded, a slight tone of agression in her voice. Klonoa sighed, shooting a small, hot spark at the fairy. Nadia squealed as the red-hot spark hit her, zipping downwards onto the ground with a thud. "Be polite." He commanded firmly and simply.

Remedy wasn't a fool, he caught the unexcited tone in his voice and calmed himself a little, staring at him for a moment before walking closer and seating himself, mouth twisted in a frown. He didn't seem overly amused with the fairy snapping at him until she flew into the ground, in which case he fought down laughter.
"Yes...it's been quite awhile, huh? You've gotten...bigger..." He said, pausing as he realized how old he must be. Which made him want to groan, because he didn't feel all that old. He still felt as if he were an average adult just days ago, but he knew that was severely off. "How are you? You don't seem like yourself."

Klonoa slowly realized he was at the same stage as Remedy, but his expression didn't change. He blinked lazily, his ears laying limply. "I'm alright so far." he said simply, his expression darknening suddenly, "Oh... you noticed? Hmm..." He knew he would be spewing quite a lot of words, so he paused mid-sentence. "You remember Rosette, no? Well... we have two kids, and I would taste a lie if I said I wasn't being overprotective. Well, one of them, Faramir, got angry and ran away quite a while ago. I haven't seen him since, and I'm terribly worried about the boy. He's grown up now, but I can't help but worry..." He sighed half-heartedly, attempting to smile, but to no avail. "Well then, how have you been?"
