"Rebooting. Crash confirmed. Checking pilot for fatal injuries." Said a female robotic voice. A blue light went over the passed out pilot. "Spinal disk ruptured, massive head and eye trauma, and broken neck." said the jet's voice. A red, then green light bathed the half dead girl's body. "Injuries repaired. Analyzing surroundings." the jet used white beams to scan the evening desert like area around it. A chrome hubcap was laying on the roof, and the quartzes crystals in the sand determined the area.
"Analyzing complete. Now adapting to enviorment." the jet turned a glistening silver, along with the pilot. "Planet atmosphere suitable for survival. Life support shutting down, system is now logging off. Have a nice day." The top of the jet opened, making air rush into the cockpit. The pilot screamed out in pain. She was finally awake.

"Did you see that!?" said a gravelly male's voice.
"Yeah. Looked like a flying saucer!" said another male's voice.
"Hey if it is, we could sell it!" said the first man, driving towards the crash.

"Where am I? Answer me!" she said beating on her control panel and crying. She finally stepped out and looked around, she wasn't at home anymore. She looked around the alien area. She appeared to be drunk and disoriented from the crash, and her injuries. "Help me!"

Keira blinked. If she was seeing things, it wouldn't be surprising, but if she was seeing real things, well, all the more reason to panic. She rubbed her eyes and looked around the random diner she had decided to come to this night to get information for the Big Bat. A little ticked at the reactions of people already making referances to E.T., she grabbed her bag and rushed out, taking out her small black box and leaving a message for her Birdie about the sight, if he wasn't already on it. Dark alleys were always good for quick changes, and in this case, very helpful. In less than a few minutes Echo was out and heading for the approzimate crash area via grapple gun.

"Now listen girly, we're only here to help you. How about you just get in the truck, and we take a visit to the bank?" said one of the men corning her.

"Stay, stay away from me!" Flamorisa said panting. Her vision was blurred, and her balance off. It was like she hadn't walked for years.

"Say good night!" shouted the other man hitting her from behind with a crowbar. It bent in the shape of her skull, and she turned around glaring.

"I already have a headache. You really don't want to make it worse." she said punching the man in the face and sending him flying a few feet. "Now, how about you?" she turned around to face the first attacker, but was hit in the face with a piece of her own ship and knocked out.

"Quit lying around and put her in the back!" said the man dragging her by one leg. He was later helped by the sobbing beaten man.

Echo kept her own little complaints about owls taking her territory when she saw the small short scuffle. There were many things wrong with the sight of two men against one female, even more if there was an unidentified aircraft in the vicinity. She glowered at the low hit the first man had made with the peice of the ship and shot off a round of four arrows at the two, mostly intended to pin them away from the young woman, but if they hit anything extra, all the better.

The men dropped her, and yelled out in pain as they both got two arrows shot into their bodies. One man had an arrow in his leg, and another in his arm. The other man had both arrows in each leg.
"Let's get the hell out of here!" they yelled limping back to their truck and driving off.

Flamorisa laid on the ground motionless. She slowly opened her eyes, and tried to remember what had just happened. Her brain had most likely sustained even greater damage, being hit three times in less than 24 hours.

Happy at seeing the two men get what they deserved, under her own judgement, Echo hopped down from the trees, scaring a few birds, and made her way to the girl on the ground, squatting down with a little concern showing on her face through her mask. ((would she still be pale-skinned?)) Thanks to the big bat and his ways of hardly showing emotion when in uniform, she didn't show too much. "Hey, do you need any medical assistance? Or a hand up?"

((Yeah, but it will wear off in a few days =D ))

Flamorisa scurried a few feet from the girl. After being attacked, she was obviously skeptical of anyone she came into contact with. She looked at Echo with her almost glowing silver eyes, the deep black pupils were almost tiny pinpoints.
"I just need to know where the fighting grounds are." she finally said after an awkward silence. It appeared she didn't quite figure out she wasn't home anymore.

(( Like getting a tan...Alien-style!))
Echo looked at her and the feint distrust she had, obviously, she would have felt the same if she had been through a similar event. Looking at the silver eyes gave her the idea of having to earn the girl's trust, and even if she had a few differences, they must have been purely in appearance. It wasn't like she was used to judging on appearances anyway. "Fighting grounds?" Echo blinked, standing up. She looked at her then shook her head. "This is Earth, there are plenty of fights going on, but none at the momment, not here, atleast..." If you don't count the crime rate...

Flamorisa stood up. The word 'Earth' repeated itself in her mind. She had studied this place when she was younger. It was a dimension of peace, compared to her own. She knew the time difference as well, and that after a few hours earth time, her cadets would stop looking for her and surrender.
"I'm...hungry." she said deciding to trust the girl. It was apparent that she had just saved her, and that was worth trusting.

Trying hard now not to smile, Echo nodded a little, still thinking that maybe she could help a little more. "Well, then we could probably find someplace to eat..." she thought for a momment and remembered the safe house that Robin had taken her to even before she had doned a mask herself. "Well, How much do you know about this planet, first off?" she asked, wondering how it was seen by those outside of the galxy or planet.

"When I was younger, I was told this was a word of peace. My own had been at war for thousands of years before my birth. My last lessons stopped when this planet was in the 1800's." she said in a very calm voice. "Also was also taught the sun dies every few ours, and darkness blankets the planet. On my own word, only artificial darkness exists." she said looking up at the moon. She was the first of her kind to see real darkness. "May I now be taken to a tavern?" it was the only phrase she knew for 'restraunt'.

Echo stopped dead. "1800's?" she repeated, even if it was her favorite era in history class, thanks to the pleagues and such, she thought it would have been a little bit of a shock to anyone as, er, foreign, to see how the times had changed. She nodded, but took a breath to explain. "Yeah, but I think it would be best if I filled you in on the gap from then to now....You know what a telepath is, corret?"

"Yes. We had equipped telepaths in the war to help find out information." she said wondering what the question was for. She knew time had passed greatly in this dimension, but she didn't think that much. She knew she would have to learn, and be patient. "what year is it now?" she asked, wanting to know what to expect.
PostPosted: Thu Jan 25, 2007 8:48 pm

"In this planet it's the year 2007." Echo said, answering every question as well as she could for the guest on their planet, as far as she was concerned. "I asked about the telepaths to ask you something else. Things and people have changed since those years, and I'm a telepath, I wanted to know if you wanted me to use my ability to let you see how our days our now?"

Flamorisa was a little shocked when she found out how many years had passed. She didn't think it had been over two hundred years. She thought for a moment, then nodded. "It would be the quickest method."
