Just like it says, come here to say a bit about yourself!
My name is Alistair (call me Spartan), I'm a 14 year old from British Columbia, Canada. I don't have any really political allegiances, but I'm pro-environment and generally in favor of human rights stuff. That's about all, enjoy the guild, and please be more literate than I am! ;P

Hey, everyone on gaia calls me kid so you can to. I am very into politics, becasue my dad is so high up in the Air Force, that every thing he does is politics.

air_kid577 Hey, everyone on gaia calls me kid so you can to. I am very into politics, becasue my dad is so high up in the Air Force, that every thing he does is politics. that must be harsh. I'm in a situation kinda like that. My dad always works on contract to different governments (provincial and municipal) so he has to be careful what he says, so he doesn't get fired by someone with opposite views.

you don't have to, I guess I would would say I am rebel sometimes sweatdrop .
Also maybe to get more people, do you think we might want to change this maybe to the Gaian Supreme Senate or something.
We would still have all the politics forums, but we would have delegates form all over, we could elect president, vice, and a cabnet.
Maybe this could bring in more people.
We could have a house of reps also. We could have RPs. I have many ideas for this guild, and the best thing about them is that they still allowe the guild to keep it a politics guild of gaia.

I haven't talked to the captain in a while. And don't look to me for ideas. This used to to be my guild, the Caboose Army (its an internet series fanclub.....ish) but I sold it because we only had around 20 members. If you send a PM to the captain I'll be glad to help you out. I think stay away from too many ads, or we'll get a bunch of dumb members who only bump and stuff.

Hi,
I'm a Finnish bloke working/living in Hong Kong currently. I'm a BBA by education with a keen interest (professionally as well) towards the events in China, my new neighbour. rolleyes
I've been rather uninterested in politics for a long while and I can't really say that I'm the most aware person around. However, I do have strong opinions on issues and a lot of ideas how things should be done. Lately I've been getting some spark towards politics though I doubt I ever will be active in politics as such. Just my petty opinions shed over a pint of beer. wink
About my political views I can say that in Finnish terms I'm quite rightist, but globally that still keeps me on a semi-leftish field. I am all for business (hence my education as well) and I believe in free markets and minimal government intervention. On the other hand, I still have quite a bit of socialistic views, as well as opinions considered 'green'. So, it's a little everything from here and there. rolleyes

Hey all, the name's Erik. I am the chair of the North Dakota College Republicans. I am a political Science and criminal justice major at North Dakota State here in Fargo. If anyone is looking for a school to go to I would be happy to talk to anyone about going to NDSU. You are all interested in Politics so I can give you all political reasons to go to school in ND. I love politics, but I am a straight shooter when it comes down to it.
I support Fred Thompson for President and I am throughly convinced that he will be the next president. That is another thread in itself.
I stumbled upon Gaia using stumbleupon with Firefox and it quickly became one of my favorite sites. I like talking to people who are about my age and bestowing my wisdom to you young fellas.
I am an ideologue so that means that I am conservative before I am a Republican. My specialty is in local politics as well as judicial policy. my favorite shows are Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh (in that order). I plan on running for this guild's President so If you have any questions about politics or my platform feel free to message me.
I am 21 and have no political baggage. at this rate I will be president some day.
