This is a picture I drew of Ziyi Zhang I think I need to do more work on here but I'm not sure, I need critic help

personally I think you should add color.....I dunno why it's just I think it would look cool partially black and white then partially color

color would work, or define some more of the hair and neck area a bit more may make it a nice black and white. it looks nice but your loosing that area in the blending/ shading.
