My question to you is, do you know what you want to do in life? That is, if your already not doing it
Do you want to make a difference, or have an income from doing one of your hobbies?
I want to start school soon, but I'm struggling to find out what I would want to do, I just dont want to "pressure" myself into doing something that I may not be happy with

I want to be a bush pilot ... not so much to make any difference, but to do something I enjoy and get paid for it. I've been working for 20 years now, and trust me, if you don't enjoy what you do and find it interesting day after day, no amount of salary will make you happy.

Yeah, I didn't think I would be happy unless I was doing something that I enjoy
I've always loved animals and wanted to be a vet, but I don't know if i could deal with the sick/hurt animals that would need to be put to sleep

Erm, I don't know. Just like Kookie, I've always wanted to be a vet, because I love animals, but I really don't think I could pull it off that well. I would get emotionally involved with each animal and that's no good for a vet. But I am also such a bookworm, and I love books, so maybe a librarian? If not that, then maybe I can work in a bookstore. I'm not sure really. One thing I'm sure about is that it's all so damned confusing.

I'm 35, and I'm still not 100% sure .... if I cant find the $30,000 to become a pilot, I may become a writer ...

At the age of 15-turning-16, I want to be a Math Major. But who knows, I might change my decisions after HS.

Truth to be told, I am actually very much in the same predicament. I had wanted to be a pharmacist before, yet my planning had been at the age of 17 which was a little too late. I went through secondary education (age of 13 ~ 16) with a subject combination that lacked one crucial to my choice of jobs. What I had intended to be was a pharmacist, yet because of my folly I missed the chance by not taking biology. Now all the pharmaceutical courses are closed to me because a requirement for them was to have at least an 'O' level pass for biology at the end of secondary education.

As for the choice of jobs, it would be better to follow your passion, as it makes the job much more enjoyable and reduces work stress as well.

I would really love to do that veternarian thing, but i definatly dont think i could handle all of the downfalls that come with it
I suppose I can just wait it out some more until I know for sure what I want
