I would have to say Nexus, even though Last Raven was nice too.
I'm really looking forward to Armored Core 4 for the XBOX 360, currently playing Chromehounds.

I'm gonna say Silent Line. The AC design for that one is really cool.

I'm sorry, something has to be said... After Nexus, the quality of the Opening movies was the same, so out of originality, nexus takes the cake... besides, I liked the night fight scene the best: With the Mirage AC flying through the rainy skies through the city.

Armored Core 4 looks so awsome frome the vids I've seen so far.

I'll agree, the AC4 opening movie DOES look cool, but I'm still skeptical as to how cool and updated the in game graphics are... I hope it'd not another small jump... I want real graphics, real good cinematic graphics, the stuff that can easily compete with Xbox, not embarreass Sony!!!

Tie between Nexus and AC4.
I've got AC4 at home for 360, and the intro battle is freaking amazing. Graphics, outstanding. And, also, the AC4 Gameplay ******** owns.
Nexus, awesome graphics, but not as good as AC4. The missiles, the flying, the battling all looks good.
Now, combine the two, and you got one hell of an intro.

gonna have to go with nexus. reason? it has a good opening fight scene. plus, it has all the other opening scenes (if you wanna go into detail lol)

i am a prospective member
I own AC4 for the PS3. I enjoy the game very much but think the user to user interface needs work. the ability to voice chat on sony online would be nice. the reason they didn't add it is because sony is a family friendly company so naturally they wanted the online community for AC4 to be profanity free, unlike X box live, in closing and to answer the topic question. i like the original opening simply because, for its day, it was pushing the envelope for CG and it always is a joy to watch.

alright, I don't know which opening this waes, but it was at night, and in a city. This red AC was getting beaten up pretty badly. it had lost his arm, and it's head had just gotten blown off. It twitched slightly before sinking to the ground. it then surprised the hell out of the other guy and stood up, opened up it;s shoulders and showed the guy in missiles. That was awesome.....

hold on your talking about too different fights the red ac in the city at night was nexus the ac that had his head and arm blown off was last raven and the shower of missles was also nexus but the damageable parts system hadnt been invented yet so the ac was intact

In the AC3 opening a Crest AC lost an arm but there was no damageable part system in the game. The movies rarely reflect what you can and can not do in the game. SL's opening movie also had a scene where the main AC's PEGASUS boosters were destroyed by enemy fire then hit by missiles as they fell. However SL did have destroyable weapons if I remember correctly. And on that note, has anyone managed to get PEGASUS boosters destroyed? The only weapon I've ever had break on me is the MG-800.
