Blaed was overwhelmed by a rush of doubt as she started to proceed on the route, causing her to halt. She had never gone out of the town. Until recently she was just content reading books during her spare time. But she recalled her pokemon and how at ease she felt around them, the feeling that nothing can shatter her confidence. Blaed regained her determination and continued forward. We'll be alright, she smiled holding onto her optimism.

"A bit foggy, this is a pleasant walk," Blaed mumbled out loud. She had departed at four in the morning and planned to keep a good pace on her journey. Trinka and Jiru were safe in their pokeballs. As their trainer, I'll care for them. Blaed knew the two were capable as well with the practices they had together back in Smallwave before their journey began. Recalling that thought made Blaed smile at her waist as she walked, but was startled when she thought there was movement in the bush to her left. She jumped away in fear. Blaed laughed nervously. Maybe I'm just letting my imagination run away with me. Blaed shook her head, All right, I'm going to keep it together. Blaed proceeded on in her queer, yet confident way.

My fear's subsiding, Blaed told herself. An occasional Pidgey flying in the sky, the rustling leaves, and possibilities of pokemon in hiding were the only probable signs of pokemon for Blaed, but while she was still pretty tense she was only focused on traveling in time with what she anticipated for their travel. They're pokemon, nothing to be afraid of, Blaed sighed as she figured that her fear of spooky things was silly to have. Come on, stop being a baby already. Blaed cut off her frustration as soon as she realized it, soothing her mind, just do your best!

Cheerful, cheerful, Blaed chanted to herself while singing merrily and out of tune at the same time. Occassionally she would start off on key and end with an off key finale, just to give way to her sillyness. I'm so crazy, Blaed laughed at herself. The fog had cleared a bit and Blaed took in more of the scenery after relaxing and getting rid of her worries. She stayed on her toes, though: swerving her walk left or right from the direction something startled her and laughing in between as her singing voice jerked at those times.

"Come on out, Trinka, Jiru!" Blaed called out happily as she let the two pokemon out of their pokeballs. The two hopped onto their trainer's shoulders and Blaed felt her spirit rise. Blaed kept walking and was silent for a bit as she allowed the two to look around. Jiru made no secret of it, looking around with curiosity and at times meeting Blaed's eyes, which answered him with a smile twinkling from her eyes. Trinka was a different case only meeting her trainer's gaze once. Blaed happily suspected that she looked around the same way she looked at her, with only a slight almost hidden turn of her head. Blaed suddenly resumed her singing, which she could tell shocked the two since both jerked a bit. Again, Jiru being the more obvious.
"Dor! Dor-onia, Dor-onia," Jiru joined in.

Blaed breathed a content sigh, "This is a good spot for today's little picnic." Blaed was full of bubbling, positive energy that had Jiru and even Trinka chime in in all the merriment.
While Blaed sang as she spread the green picnic blanket and all picnic proponents, Trinka and Jiru watched in a happy mood evident. Blaed was happy to have her friends. Somehow she felt like she was not alone and could do anything. Their my family.
Jiru accompanied Blaed as she sang and Trinka added the final touch to the song with a pleased 'Quil.' This time when Blaed realized that she should buy more food next time, she did not chastise herself as strictly but made note of it and with the fire she gained from her new trainer mark, exclaimed out of the blue, "Yeah, that's what I'll do!" Jiru chimed and this time along with Trinka, too.

"Kay, you two, all set?" Blaed asked them with a smile as they got ready to continue their traveling. Blaed felt like a trusted leader as she and her pokemon returned each other's gazes at that moment in silent agreement. "Return, Trinka, Jiru."
Blaed smiled at her waist and began walking once more, still singing her songs. They were making good progress. Though she was singing like a mad person, she felt capable of protecting her friends and confident in herself. Like they give me faith in being their trainer. "Do your best, do your best, rah, rah, rah!" went her singsong-ness.

As luck would have it for this trio today, a Bagon slept apparent along their path. Blaed was reminded of her own pokemons' personality and guessed that the Bagon had a likeness to their own.
"Hey, let's battle! Trinka, you're up!" Blaed declared and winked at the Cyndaquil with a smile.
The pokemon looked up at them, but went back to resting or ignoring them. Nonetheless, Blaed had a feeling this was not a pokemon to take lightly and Trinka seemed to think the same since she started big.
"Ember!" Blaed shouted enthusiastically in contrast to Trinka who kept her cool, but powerful movements. Trinka amazed Blaed with how much more mature the pokemon seemed in comparison to her, but as her trainer, more importantly as Trinka's teammate, Blaed kept the optimism that she will be right beside Trinka in intensity whether in determination with the fire pokemon's strength.
Trinka was on fire! Still, it was lucky that the Bagon did not decide to respond earlier than it did. It may have realized and underestimated the trio's heart since Trinka did not get intimidated by the Bagon's carelessness in approaching her in the fight. I've seen her in practice, but she does not cease to gain my awe, Blaed thought in addition to yelling Ember a fourth time, which was a success before the Bagon returned with a tackle. Trinka dodged twice, but her last two ember attacks missed.
"Return, Trinka! Jiru, you're turn!" Blaed kept strong as she watched a strong thankfully not fainting tackle hit Trinka. Jiru tackled and missed. The Bagon tackled and missed. Jiru fired an ember attack and missed. The Bagon hit Jiru, but Jiru surprised Blaed with quickly firing an awesome ember attack after being tackled.
Blaed threw the pokeball in a reflexive frenzy and somehow found the pokeball sheltering a new member of their team. It was time to bust out the potions. Blaed petted Trinka and Jiru for how awesome they were.
"I caught Bagon!" Blaed chimed with Trinka and Jiru as she jumped into the air as a celebration, their little party, particularly Blaed's thrilled giggles taking a bit to subside and her pokemons' chimes.
