Otherwise you need at least 4 credits to made a dorm thread, which you earn through RPing and guild contests.
When making a dorm room with two people, at least one of you needs 4 credits. The one with 4 is the one who should make it.

How to create a dorm:
1. Make a New Thread with the Title: [Which Dorm? T for Girls, G for Boys, Y for co-ed] Name of the character(s)'s Room [The Room Number]
2. Each dorm currently has 100 rooms. Make sure the number you've picked is not already taken by checking the Available Dorms thread!

3. The first post should include the names of who's in the dorm, as well as the description of the dorm. Basically, each has a small kitchen area, a bathroom, a living area with a couch and TV, and the bedroom with one or two beds, depending upon how many are in the room. But you're free to toy with arrangements, colors, furniature appearance, posters, and whatever else.

Important things to know:
1. Tattu and Ghoda dorms can be single or double rooms, but same sex roommates only. So if two girls or two guys are rooming together, they'd be here. Yutani dorms are only double rooms, where girls and guys are stuck together, only co-ed pairings allowed.
2. NO CYBERING will be tolerated in any of the dorms. Remember ToS and keep making out and stuff down as well. Srsly.
