Like most other dorms in the Boy's Dormatory section, Razzer's dorm is fairly spacious and comes complete with a king sized bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom.
Anyone entering could scarcely be able to tell that someone even inhabited the room at all. Razzer didn't bring any personal effects with him, and as such hasn't adorned or decorated his dorm room.
In future he may choose to place various collected items in his room for safekeeping, but at current it's pretty empty.

After leaving the registration office, Razzer headed for the dorms. Might as well claim one before the good ones are gone.
When he arrived at the lobby of the Boy's Dorm, he was greeted by a nice lady who asked if he was looking for a room. Razzer nodded, and asked if there were any with a good view.
"Right this way, sir." she said, and led him down a nicely carpeted hallway. They stopped a short time later, and she indicated to door number 416.
"There's your dorm room." she said, and produced a key from her pocket. Unlocking the door, she handed Razzer the key. "If you require anything else, please ask." her job finished, the lady walked off down the hall and out of sight.
The mage turned the handle on the door, and entered his new dormatory room. It was satisfyingly spacious, and a king-sized bed was against one of the walls. One door on the opposite wall led off to a private bathroom, and a glass-paned door opened to a balcony overlooking the grounds.
He smiled and dropped onto the bed, taking care not to flatten his tail in the process. This'd be an interesting year...

After checking out his dorm room, Razzer decided upon getting something to eat from the dining hall. He hadn't eaten since some hours previous, and he was rather hungry.
He exited his room and locked it, then strolled down the carpeted hallway. Taking the elevator back to the ground, the mage made his way from the dorms to the main school area, and towards the dining hall.
Razzer hadn't much liked the old Ria's dining hall, as it was always packed full of chattering, irritating students. Dear god they were annoying. Hopefully he'd be able to have at least a couple of meals in peace, before Ria got too busy again.
