Personality: Is a bit of a scatter brain. He can get so engrossed in his many books that he tends to zone out and be a little forgetful. However due to all that reading he can be very knowledgable on may things. Devllios is always eager to learn more. He tends to travel a lot seeking out any interesting things to write about. As a result he has a good number of books, so many he needs to use a small wagon to travel. He is a mage by profession but he is not very good at magic due to his clumsyness. He is quite good at making potions most of the time however. While normally a friendly guy Devllios tends to be very nervous. In a stressful situation he panics.
