There's a new Sub-forum! There's a new Sub-forum! OMG! OMG! O-M-F-G!!! Oh, sorry, hehehe. This is where we'll be continuing from the town and boot camp or whatever. I'm probably taking a lot of liberties without asking... and if you think I should delete this or anything please tell me.
Anyway, continuing from where we left off... Kagerin, the town near the human base camp was attacked by a demon extremist, or so it seems. The townspeople are currently trying to stomach what has happened to their small village. A group from the base camp situated near the Brandwunde Valley is traveling to inspect the ruins...

Dieter walked up to Athena. "Have you found anything?" The town was a wreck. Few survived. The fire had ended as quickly as it had started. There was something strange about the fire. Like it had actually been a living thing. Something that couldn't be manipulated easily. It was crazy, but then again, what wasn't? The times had changed, and you couldn't trust anything... or anyone. A thick cloud hung over the group. Everyone had come to the same conclusion. This occurence wasn't something to ignore. The war would be hard; they had a long road ahead of them...

"Yes, that's right. Eastern Magic created the fire. That hard thing to digest is the fact that few Daemons live in the Eastern Regions. They are inhabited by a group that little is known about. They're called nomads and gypsies, but there are no documents on their kind." Dieter paced in circles. "If you can find anything. Anything at all that can point us to who might have done this..." Dieter pleaded.

"FIIRST LIEUUUTINANNNT!!!" a young man wailed as he ran up to his superior officer. Said officer turned around casually to face the distraught private. "What is the meaning of this, Mister Alphonsus?" he addressed him. The man stopped for a moment but started running again, only moments later. "The- the dog!" he gestured towards a small mutt following behind him. Dieter smiled casually. He must have escaped to the forest after the fire started. "Now is not the time for playing, please resume your search." he ccommanded. Kai saluted before hastily leaving his presence.

Raiven wasn't one who liked to stay in one place for to long and after dreamer had given her information about what had happen to where she had been earlier she desided to go out by herself to the village. Her black cloak hung heavy on her as she slowly entered the remains of the village. her green eyes looking around as she stayed out of the way of the others who were following orders. Damn....Now I wish i didn't leave....I should of been here to help... she thought and shook her head slightly.

Athena bowed, her tail lowering down with her "Athena" she said, her head still low.

Dieter's reply was grim. "This magic is neither daemonic or human. The fire was created by eastern magic, cast by either a kresnik or a Methusala. After it started the fire there are no traces of it. He probably used a teleportation spell, so no one could track him." Dieter kicked a small pile of ash, sending dust particles flying. There were still a few townspeople at the outskirts of the town. They were wandering aimlessly; they didn't have anywhere to go, and they weren't ready to move forward. They were still agonizing over what they had lost, because everything was gone.
