Just off campus, down a path leading away from the school, is a huge forest full of massive, old trees. All kinds are spread throughout, more than most people can name. This seems like a good place where part animal demons, or nature lovers would love to come. It's relatively peaceful, though the occassional fight can break out, so keep your guard up.
Creatures do live in the forest, though they're mostly non threatening and keep to themselves. At night, it will grow pretty dark... But there are random clearings in the forest where you can find light again, or take a rest after traveling for a while. Though, most of the trees are large enough that you could comfortably settle in the branches as well. The leaves are broad, good at blocking out most of the sunlight.
There are streams hidden inside, most leading to a lake if you actually follow them. The lake itself seems covered in a mist, caused by a large waterfall pouring down into it. The only way to reach the top of the falls, is if you're able to fly yourself up. There's no way to simply climb, or at least, not one that's yet been discovered.

Kenta, or rather, the demon currently in control of his body rushed into the forest, towards one of the darker, gloomier areas. The right hand was still digging its claws deeply into the left forearm, leaving a trail of blood behind as it drizzled down and dripped to the floor. He wasn't even sure what he was doing here. It was possible that Kenta was the one making them head this way, away from others so they wouldn't get hurt.
"Stop it!" The demon screamed angrily, and twisted his arm painfully, pointing the left hand towards himself. Kenta laughed from inside his head. "What, you gonna burn us? Go ahead then. You'll be killing yourself too. The demon growled and turned his hand again, redirecting it towards the closest tree. A large burst of flame shot out, catching the treee instantly, and at least one bird's nest was instantly demolished.

Sunshine chased as fast as she could, but she was severly lagging behind because of the wait and the bag was pretty heavy, plus the baseball bat was huge. She wasn't sure what to do though, she kind almost felt like she should but it down so he couldn't hit anyone with it. She knew he probley wouldn't though, he was just a kid in her eyes so it wasn't like he was going to go around murdering people. She spun her head this way and that trying to figure out where he was...oh god...she was lost.
She cupped her hands over her mouth, and wasn't sure if he'd answer but she heistantly started yelling for Kenta. "Kenta! Kenta!" she yelled out trying to find him, she glanced in the direction of a fire, and her eyes went slightly wide as she rushed after it, stilling calling out.

Kenta's ears twitched as he heard her voice calling his name. He turned his head, red eyes staring in that direction, reflecting the flames. When she came into sight, he cirlced around the tree, so it was between himself and her. "What the hell is she doing here?!" he cried, though now their positions were reversed, so he was speaking inside the demon's head.
The demon was the one speaking aloud. "Aw, she's come to play..." he grinned, fangs baring as he stepped towards her. But he stopped again when Kenta's claws dug further into his arm. Kenta was hurting himself as much as he was hurting the demon, but he didn't care. He'd done this before.

Sunshine kept searching for Kenta, she wasn't really very well aware of things around her, so it took her a moment to realize that he was right in front of her. She blinked as she stood in front of him "What...are you doing?" she asked confused as she looked down at his arm. "Stop! Let go of his-...of your arm! I don't care if I get some fire thrown of me, I'm not scared" Sunshine yelled. She knew she was guilty for saying what she said before, she shouldn't have pried into someone's past like that espeically not some young guy who was trying to keep a demon conceled.
That was how she viewed him now, she felt like she needed to protect him, he was just a kid after all.
[There only a few years apart xD But I wanted to do more to the story >.> Appearntly the demon thing wasn't enough? xDD;;;]

The demon smirked, shaking his head. "He can't hear you," he hissed. Inside his head, Kenta immediately protested. Idiot! Yes I can! He was ignored though, as the demon kicked the tree with his foot, right through the flames. He watched the tree topple over, crumbling to the ground and spreading to a few trees beside it. "Seems he won't let me kill anyone today..." he thought aloud. "So I'll just take down this forest instead."

Sunshine blinked as she heard his words, she didn't believe him though, she didn't think that Kenta would give up so eaisly, he didn't seem like the type. "No your not!" Sunshine said firmly as she tried to think of what to do, she wasn't really sure, even if she could put out that fire another one would be set up in its place she thought sadly. She then finally turned back to him as she walked up till she was very close to him and tugged him forward by grabbing onto his shirt. She closed her eyes and met his lips, giving him a slightly deeper kiss this time.

The demon watched her with a smirk, but tilted back slightly when she approached. He would've grabbed her, if Kenta wasn't still digging his claws into his arm, keeping him from lashing out. And then, before he knew what was happening, she had grabbed him and he felt their lips meet. This was the demon's first kiss. Of course, who would ever kiss a demon? So he froze up, completely shocked. That gave Kenta the time he needed to quickly regain control of his body.
The first thing he did was quickly pull away from Sunshine, his cheeks red again as he looked awkwardly down to the ground. "Sorry..." he mumbled, and slowly pulled his claws out of his left arm. There was a gross squelching sound, and then blood began flowing even faster, dripping from his fingertips to the ground below. He glanced at the fire and then sighed, and in an instant all of the flames had simply vanished. He stared at the charred threes though, ears drooping beneath his hat.

[Wait! xD I will be dedicated to love Kenta! Yush! Deditcated! Homg. but seriously? A mini love traingle till Sunshine sets the demon free? xD -obessed-]
Sunshine blinked as she thought about, she was actually kissing the demon right now because he was in Kenta's body. She then felt him broke away, but sort of gently and knew that it was once again Kenta. She looked at his blushed face and gave a soft smile "Its okay, I just didn't want you to stay hurt" she said gently. She turned around as she saw the flames go out, but the sound had made her cringe when he removed his claws. "Come on" she said softly as she took his hand on his uninjured arm, gently taking him over to a stream. She slipped off his shirt again as she put it in the water, watching for a moment as it became slightly red and then it flowed away.
She ripped of the bottom area of the shirt that wasn't covered in blood and got it wet. She set that do the side as she used the rest of the shirt to clean away the blood that was running down his body. She then used the small bit that she had ripped off and tied it around his wound.

[I was secretly thinking that. Here's how my thoughts went: Homg! Poor demon guy found someone who actually kissed him! Now he's in looove~ We should find a way to seperate them into two people. @_@ -chaos ensues-]
Kenta just followed after her, not saying anything and still not looking at her. Though, he did watch her hands as she tugged off his shirt, washed it, and then used pieces as a bandage. He clenched and unclenched his hand, winching slightly as he did. His claws had sunk in pretty deep. He'd planned to just leave it alone, but that wouldn't have been good, so he was kind of glad she was here.
"Thanks" he mumbled, just staring at his arm. He wasn't sure what to do now. But then the demon suddenly spoke up, catching him off guard. "She's not so bad... I guess," he muttered, and then fell silent again. Kenta's eyes actually widened again, now back to the gold color of before. Had that... really just been said?

Sunshine blinked as she gave a bright smile "No problem! I'm just glad your okay, I don't think I could live with having...claws, I keep cutting myself" she said. Vagualy she looked as if she was trying to imagine it exactly in her mind as she looked up at the sky and kept batting at it for a minute. She then just laughed as she was brought back to earth and looked back at him. "I'm sorry about what happened. I really didn't mean to make you angry, I shouldn't have invaded your mind like that. Also erm... Mr. Demon sir, I'm sorry for yelling at you! I hope you'll forgive me!" she said giving a slight bow of the head. She then gave a hesitant smile at him before standing back up and brushing herself off. "Well what should we do now?" she questioned as she helped him up with his other hand.

Kenta ignored what the demon had just said, and smiled very faintly at Sunshine, finally looking to her face. "You'd get used to it," he said simply, and watched her for a moment. Then he shifted his gaze back to his arm during the silence that followed, until she finally spoke up again. "...it's fine," he said quietly. "I've been told I need to work on.. controlling my anger." He blinked when she apologized to the demon, and listened quietly for a reply. Sure enough, one came. "Tell her I'm sorry I wanted to kill her," the demon replied quietly. Kenta blinked a couple times in surprise, and then slowly glanced back at Sunshine. "...he says he's.. sorry for wanting to kill you."

Sunshine blinked at him "Oh, no, your anger's fine, I was being all pushy today and forced you to kiss me a bunch. I would be mad at random strangers too, I'm just glad you put up with me" she said sticking out her tongue slightly. She pulled it back in as she heard his next words and giggled, glad that she was no longer hated. "Good! Now lets all be friends!" Sunshine yelled as she tackled him with a hug, but was more gentle and careful around his arm. She didn't break away though and instead just sort of cuddled into him "Can I just take a nap here? Today has been so long, please?" she asked softly.

Kenta shrugged slightly and then glanced back at the stream. She hadn't kissed him a bunch... Once, and then the demon the second time. He just pushed the thought away before his blush could return and glanced at his shirt. He kind of wanted it back now, but it was wet, bloody, and torn, so he decided against it. And then she suddenly tackled him, and he hit the ground with a soft thud. He heard the demon muttering in his head. Was it... jealous?
Kenta smirked faintly, but it faded an instant later when he heard her request. "Nap?" he echoed uncertainly, but then decided it didn't matter. "...sure," he said quietly, just letting himself lay flat on his back. A random thought popped into his head, that he was the cat, yet she did more snuggling. Oh well... He wasn't really the snuggling type.

"Thank you" she said softly as she pulled him closer so she wrapped her arms around his neck. She closed her eyes again as she rested her head under his chin and snuggled in even more, now warm and cozy. She did start to think about things though, like how the demon had said that he was sorry. She just wished she knew his real name so she could talk to him a little bit, but it kind of felt akward to enter into his head like that. She did start to feel a bit akward suddenly though because she was snuggling into Kenta and the demon just had to watch, he probley didn't like that, he had said before he didn't want to watch things like that.
She blinked as she pushed herself into his mind again, only to the demon though again. "I'm sorry if this is making you comfortable, its just so warm, and I'm really tired from everything. I hope I can make it up to you sometime soon Mr. demon" she said softly and she gave a short smile to both Kenta and the demon before drifting off.
