Pretty self explanatory, I think. You enter, either bringing your own skates or renting some out by exchanging your real shoes for them. There's a large, round semi-circle of ice in the middle of the building, with large speakers blaring music from above, random lights flashing as well. Sometimes, hockey nets will be brought out if you reserve the rink to play a game.
It has a small arcade off to the side for those who wish to take a break. There's a snack bar that sells things like soda, water, pizza, fries, nachos with cheese, various candy, snow cones, and more, because skating can really work up an appetite!

Akane wandered into the skating rink without really thinking where she was going. Perhaps she just sought the cold after holding such a warm kitten. It'd really felt extremely odd to her, after growing so used to how cold Sei and Kuro both were. She let out a small sigh, ears flattened back as aways, though they might've been drooping slightly as well. It was somewhat hard to tell... Her tail was hanging almost limp behind her, but that was normal too.
She glanced around through dark red eyes, and slowly made her way towards the food area. But instead of purchasing something, she simply sat down in a booth near the back, close to the arcade, and also where she could see the skating rink. And there she remained, just silently staring.

Five little kittens scuttled off towards the skating rink.All five were in a neat line often seemed to crash into each other.They meowed when this happened, but paid no more attention to than that.The one at the end of the line, pulled her ears back and gave a timid squeak as she veered away from the group.That particular kitten, was always scared by humans she didn't know, and was very scared in a crowded area, like the skating rink.
Jonny soon toppled out of the rink, his walking very awkward, seeing as he was on iceskates.After finding four of his kittens clawing the glass of the rink and placing them in his book bag, a sighed.He figure that Suzie would wonder off, but was desperatly hoping she would be guided by Cocoa.
So, Jonny simply started to wander, looking for his lost little kitten.

Akane's ears twitched, but still didn't perk at all, as she slowly turned her head and stared downwards. She blinked a couple times, head tilting as she saw a little kitten wandering around. "What are you doing?" she asked quielty, and slowly pushed herself up, making her way towards it. She crouched down just in front of it, and then extended a clawed hand towards it, very slowly so she hopefully wouldn't scare it off. Also, she was hoping that since she herself was a neko, the kitten wouldn't be afraid. "Do you need some help?" she continued gently.

Suzie's tail immediately puffed up as her back arched slightly.She seemed to hop back, as if she made one gallop, but backwards.Though Akane was a neko, that really only put her in defense mode. It was true that she was very afraid of humans, but she learned to be on defense when anything with cat ears was near her.It was mostly because Cocoa loved to pick on her.
Her ears had popped up while she was wandering, but continued to pull back again as she attempted to get past Akane.She wouldn't want to lung into the crowd behind her, so she simply started to curve and twist past the neko in a full run.

Akane blinked, head tilting slightly in confusion when the cat actually acted even more afraid. But then she smiled again, unable to help herself. When the kitten started to dart past her, she reached out and snatched it up gently, holding her cradled against her chest. If she scratched her, that was fine. Akane never was one to care if she felt pain. She just ignored it and carried on with her business. Sometimes she didn't even realize she was hurt until Sei pointed out that she was leaving a trail of blood behind her. She had a rather gruesome scar on her side to prove it, but it was currently covered by her shirt. "Shh, it's ok," Akane said in a soothing tone. "We'll find your owner, ok?" She slowly stood, looking around for whoever the owner might be.

Jonny had been rummaging through the crowd, yelling out for people to watch their steps, as he did the same.It would admit that Suzie was the runt of the bunch and, obviously, got lost very easily.As he clawed his way through people her watched as Akane scooped up his kitten.He observed Suzie's usual way of driving her claws into Akane's skin.Suzie's eyes bugged out slightly as she fidge and hung on tighter.Jonny walked over slowly, and tapped Akane on the shoulder."I believe you found my kitten!"He said cheerfully as Cocoa peeked his head out of the bag thrown around Jonny's shoulder.Cocoa gave a deep, loud meow.One resembling a Siamese's'

Akane simply watched the kitten, still with that faint smile upon her face, even as the claws sunk deep into her arm. She just blinked, and then turned her head when someone tapped her shoulder. She found herself looking up at a male who claimed the kitten was his. And, considering he had even more with him at the moment, Akane didn't see any reason to doubt his word. So she slowly pried the kitten off of herself, tearing it's claws through her own skin, but not even wincing as she did so. She handed teh kitten back to the male and spoke in a slightly scolding tone. "You need to keep up with them better." Her arm was currently bleeding, but she didn't so much as glance at it.

Placing Suzie with the other's, Jonnny smiled."Yes, I certainly do."He agreed instantly, knowing that he should of taking them with him in the first place instead of assuming they would stay asleep in the bag.As he plopped down on a chair, uncomfortable with standing of ice skates, Jonny glanced over at Akane."Doesn't that hurt...?I really need to get Suzie's claws clipped!"He carefully place his bag full of kittens on the table infront of him and waddled over to her.His hand went towards the bleeding scratched but immediately drew away before he touched it."Here, I'll go get you a towel or something!"Without a word, he quickly inlached his skates and began to run off.Without turning his head, he yelled out that he trusted her to watch the kittens, and laughed.

Akane glanced down at her arm, slowly, as if just realizing she was hurt. She stared for a moment, then watched as his hand came towards it, before sharply withdrawing again. "But I don't need..." Akane began, trailing off as she realized he was already gone. She blinked a few times in confusion, and decided she'd humor him and not just heal herself. That might be rude if he dashed off to help, and returned to find her perfectly healed. Besides, it didn't hurt, so she didn't mind waiting. She picked up his discarded shoes and set them neatly under the edge of the table before taking a seat and watching the kitten's quietly.

Minutes later, Jonny popped over to Akane's side and carefully placed a small wet towel over her arm.He only smile then walked back over to his bag.One by one, he began to take his kittens out.First Tweek appeared in his hands and jumped down on his lap.He winced slightly as Tweek pussyfooted, but kept bringing out his pets.Cocoa jumped out without warning and positioned himself on top of the table.Next came Jenny, who only responded to the sudden movement with swat at Jonny's hand.Suzie was fast asleep in the bag, but opened her eyes occasionally to stare at Bubba, who was attempting to run through the bottom of the bag, though it was obviously impossible.The owner of such strange cats laughed and began to pet Tweek.For some, if would be very hard to tell all of the kittens apart.They were of course, all related, and there only seemed to be very subtle differences in their coats.

Akane's ears twitched when he came back over, and she blinked, turning her head to stare at the towel he'd placed upon her arm. "...thank you," she said quietly, and soon turned her attention towards the kittens that were unloading from the bag. She watched with curiousity showing through her normally apathetic expression, and then looked up at Jonny himself. "I'm Akane," she said, suddenly introducing herself. "Are all of these yours?"

Jonny nodded at her question and soon tapped the top of the bag, trying to stop Bubba from messing with Suzie while she slept."I'm Jonny!"He gave a toothy smile then looked down at his skated.For a second, he had forgot that he was in a skating rink.True, he was just in the rink 10 minutes ago, but he got distracted easily which lead him to forgetting things.As he glanced over at Akane he tilted his head."Are you here to skate?"She didn't look as if she was in the proper clothing to.Of course, maybe she didn't care about the cold.

Akane blinked, dark red eyes back upon the kittens. She reached out towards the closest one, petting its back gently. It was so warm... Strange as it was, warmth was no something she was extremely used to. As a matter of fact, even though she was in a skating rink, she was wearing no shoes or socks, a black tank top, and a pair of black pants. Well, at least the pants were long. She hesitated, and then shook her head. "No," she replied softly. "I don't know how."

Jonny watched as Akane picked up Jenny, who immediately proceeded to licking Akane's fingers.Hearing that Akane didn't know how, Jonny smiled."Neither do I!"He laughed."Well, atleast not at first..."He was already confusing himself before he even explained."I mean, when I first go on the ice..I have no balance and I have to hold on to the side for a while! But then..later I can do it normally."Nodding Jonny began to kick his feet against the ground."Though I usually end up racing on the skates...then falling"He frowned at the thought.It wasn't so much the falling that he didn't like, it was trying to get back up from the slippery ice.
