The Tower of the Gods
Located at the center of the world, from the depths of the ocean to the top of the sky lies a constructed marble tower lined with relief carvings and statues. It's crowning jewel is a massive 30 foot brass bell covered in relief carvings of all the greatest gods to ever be. This holy tower served as the connection between the realm of the gods and the realm of man.
After the great conquest of Corinthinius this tower has been reduced to ruins, It's light and luster faded, it's ambience tarnished. This ancient tower now lies twisted and corrupt used as a hideout for less than savory creatures, and hardened sages.
This tower is defined by five main sections, The Underpass, the Vestibule, The temple of Man, The temple of Angels, and the Temple of Gods.
The Underpass is a flooded section of tower frequently visited by high tide. This labrynth like section of the tower is home to many secrets but also the most formidable creatures of the sea. Many of which had been forgotten to the outside world.
The Vestibule is a deep and endless dungeon set to hold criminals of the highest order. This dark and cold chamber also serves as the tomb of heritics and traitors of the holy fold. This is the prison to only the darkest and most unforgiven spirits.
The Temple of Man is an endless archive of infinite knowledge and truth, this temple holds relics to ancient history and the world before man. This tower is ripe with elemental power, and thus elemental beings tend to gather.
Temple of Angles is a house of honor to the holiest of warriors, and the most valued of ascended beings. This temple is bathed in holy light and reflects the light of protection through it's halls and out of it's windows.
The Temple of Gods contains the highest secrets held by the predecessors of the world, It's also home to greater deities who protect the past, present, and future through literature, art, and technology. This temple also houses the Bell of Eternity which is set only to ring in order to summon all deities and spirits of nature to the tower.
