Perhaps you've seen it-- that house, on the outskirts of Sticks, in the housing province on the way to Oakdale. The house that, not long after the recession, a wealthy-looking woman from Moonside up and purchased, knowing how much repair and renovation it needed.
Yes... that house... that sometimes barely seems inhabited, its owner either almost never leaving or almost never being there... it's hard to tell, really, what with her exiting when none had seen her enter for days and entering when none had seen her exit for weeks. The locks are always well in place, regardless. It's a house of secrets spun from silk.
It's the house of Nora Moonside.

A crooked, rusted, unstable wrought-iron fence makes an attempt to guard this little cottage in the housing province; instead, though, all it really accomplishes is keeping the overgrown foliage on the property from spilling out into other people's yards. All but a rock-hewn path that leads from the dirt-and-gravel roads of this part of the housing province to the house itself is a small, waist-high jungle of vegetables and weeds. It brings to mind thoughts of some crazed farmer tossing random seeds out into a pile of mud and letting nature take over from there. Most prominent in this "garden" amongst the weeds are pumpkins, turnips, potatoes, and sunset-colored wildflowers, along with the occasional quarreling flocks of crows and clumsy moles who take full advantage of the bounty that exists here.
The house itself is creaky and humble-- looking in a bit of disrepair, but still having a welcoming air to it. A small set of steps that can be reached from the stone pathway leads to a dark wooden door that obviously leads inside. Windows are placed as they should be- tall and open; at least one for each room, but they seem to have been given only a decorative purpose, with curtains of varying colors placed behind each one. Worth noting is the curtain on the large window up on the second floor: it is the most eye-catching, with shiny threads mimicking stars and moons sewn into a abyss-blue fabric. They all seem to be made of genuine silk, which may provide a clash of thought... why would sheets of fabric that could each buy a house as simple as this be hanging in one like it's no big deal?
If one were to follow the fence around to the back of the house, peering far enough over the vegetation would eventually reveal what looks like an entrance to a cellar.

None have entered the house and paid Nora any visits just yet, and what could be seen from windows are well-concealed with dark silk curtains.
As more people visit, more information on the house's interior will be put here.
