Itsarired Black copycat, stretching along beside you. I am but shadows. Erm, I'm only reading the first line as having four sylablles. Shouldn't it have five?

Meanwhile Itsarired Black copycat, stretching along beside you. I am but shadows. Erm, I'm only reading the first line as having four sylablles. Shouldn't it have five? Only if you wanna keep to the rules of japanese Haiku, but in english you don't have to. Also long as it's three lines people still understand.

Itsarired Whispers in the wind, calling to my inner soul. The essence of quest. For some reason I'm not liking this one as much as the others sweatdrop I think it has something to do with the last line. Its got the right number of syllables - it just doesn't feeel right to me. Anyway, that's just how I feel. Liked the first one best so far. 3nodding

The great white wolf stalks, his prey fleeing for dear life. In the end, blood flows.

Nicely done! I've never been able to write haikus, primarily because I hate being restricted by a syllable count. It's a beautiful style of poetry, though!

I've never like Haikus before, but I like yours for some reason. ^^ They have a surprising amount of depth. I wrote two, for school I believe, and that's it.
