If you feel you have been unfairly banned from Gaia, the most common mantra is "fill out a feedback form". While I would still take that step, although I have yet to see one answered, there is another you should take immediately if you have bought collectibles through Paypal.

Go to Paypal, and file a dispute against Gaia through them.

Paypal
When filing a dispute, please follow these guidelines:

· Buyer should first contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.

· Disputes must be filed within 45 days of the payment to be eligible
for the Buyer Complaint Policy

To file a dispute with PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/

2. Click the Resolution Center subtab.

3. Click "Report a Problem".

4. Select "Item dispute."

5. Enter the Transaction ID for the payment you are disputing, click
"Select Transaction ID" and follow the prompts.

To see if this transaction is eligible under eBay's Standard Purchase
Protection. For complete details, please go to
http://pages.ebay.com/help/confidence/isgw-fraud-protection.html

Learn how the dispute process works, review the step-by-step tutorial in
the Resolution Center by clicking on Resolution Center tutorials.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

If you paid through a credit card, then I recommend doing the same thing through whatever system your creditor offers.

The second step is to file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau at http://bbb.org . They already have Gaia listed in their watched businesses, so they already have the contact information needed. Just explain that you have been denied access to items you paid real money for, with no attempt on Gaia's part to amicably resolve the problem.

I'll update as my own situation progresses.
