Situation
Place: Route from SmallWave to Cove Town
Time: Awhile before sunset
Nakio ran fluidly, his purple jacket flying behind him alike a cape. He saw his Hitmonchan stop before him, and he quickly jumped towards the right to avoid collision. As he was able to look up, he realized why. Right then, he saw a sight that made him feel afraid. A mere 10 yards away from him, there stood an enraged Nidoking. A few feet away from the beast stood the small, electric pokemon known as Plusle. Within the Plusle's arms lay a bright red apple, which the large Nidoking seemed to want.
He wondered, why would the large pokemon want the apple so much as to bother with a Plusle to get it? There was no explanation in such an action! As he looked closer, the Plusle didn't seem at all afraid, despite that fact that it was obviously weaker. He didn't know why, but he didn't expect what would happen next. The Nidoking roared fiercely, the man taking a step back defensively. It charged at the Plusle, its head low and bent on piercing through the small mouse pokemon. The Plusle seemed to have something planned, as an impulse, Nakio drew the pokeball from his waist and released Treecko. He wouldn't even give Plusle a chance to show his skill or wit, it seemed.
"Leif, grab Plusle! Sang, stop Nidoking!" He yelled, both pokemon nodding in unison and jumping onto the battle scene. He watched as Hitmonchan turned to face the fearsome Nidoking. It took a fighting position, which he'd believe would make the Nidoking slow, at least. The creature wasn't to ignorant as to not know the power of a Hitmonchan's punch, was it? As he turned his head slightly, he saw the Treecko grab the Plusle and jump towards away. The Plusle tried to release electricity on the Treecko, but failed due to Treecko's plant type. Treecko, being unable to control itself and be civil, hit the little pokemon with its hand. Unsurprisingly, that was enough to cause quite a bit of damage to the small creature. Treecko seemed to realize what it'd done and let go, the Plusle falling over dizzily. Nakio sighed, then saw it as an opportunity.. He reached over his shoulder and pulled out an empty pokeball in between his fingers. He threw it straight at the Plusle, not saying a word. His treecko seemed to understand...
"Even though you didn't mean to, thanks Leif!" He said with a smile as the pokeball beeped once lowly to show that the pokemon had been caught. He saw the Nidoking get just close enough to his Hitmonchan, a bit of rage in its eyes. It must be angry that they'd taken its target. Nakio knew he had to take command before Hitmonchan got hurt. "Sidestep and comet punch!" He commanded, making the Hitmonchan take a step to the side and slightly turning as the Nidoking came oh so close. As it got into the perfect position, Hitmonchan released a barrage of punches straight into the Nidoking's side. That wasn't nearly enough, though, for the Nidoking was much stronger than just that. Luckily, Nakio was slightly smarter. This surely wasn't a regulated battle, and who would really mind if he just happened to double team the Nidoking.
"Leif, jump and pound!" He ordered, his Treecko, jumping straight out of the tree it'd climbed up and doing a flip to increase his power as the tail slammed into the Nidoking's shoulder. Nakio decided that he wouldn't have to continue, he didn't want to hurt the pokemon too much either way. He pulled out a second pokeball, throwing it so that it hit the Nidoking's head. The balled pulled it in and fell to the ground. In suspense, all three of them stared at the pokeball...
Beep... Beep... Beep. He ran over and picked up both of his new pokemon. He turned to Sang and Leif with a smile. Treecko struck a pose and looked over confident just then. He laughed a bit, returning both to their pokeballs. "Wow..." He looked back towards the town. "Heh, I wonder if they'll catch up..." He smiled. "I want to show them the Nidoking.."
{Yep, I'm starting things off with the story of how I got two of my pokemon. Sweet! All people that are/were roleplaying with me should RP catching up somehow. :] -Not going to continue until you do.-}

A scream echo'd through the nearby woods as Skar leapt out of some bushes with Chikorita and another green pokemon in her arms as a caterpie peeked out off of a branch at her.
"Eeeeww... it touched meee..."
She said squirming and making sure she had gotten rid of the bug that had crawled onto her back. The Chikorita nudged Skar's hand, the trainer nodded and returned the grass type to its pokeball and then Skar turned to Nakio, watching him holding two pokeballs.
"Catch some new pokemon? Me too, look!"
Skar held up the small baby Chargyne as it squeaked and glanced at Nakio. Its bright eyes were wide with curiosity, and it was obvious the pokemon was a baby. It was too small to be anything else.

He looked at her for a bit, then her new pokemon. His eyes widened a bit, then he looked at the pokeball in his left hand. Her pokemon looked just like his new Plusle! Except... this one was green. He'd probably dozed off when learning about this pokemon in his pokemon studies. It was a bad habit, as always. He pulled out his POKEDEX and looked at the entry for the Chargyne. He looked up from it and smiled at Skar.
"It's so cute!" He said, a bright smile on his face. He put the Nidoking's pokeball at this waist, not seeing a need to show something that fierce to the small Chargyne. He didn't want to scare it, afterall. "Hm... Look at Aoi!" He said. Yes, he'd already decided to name the Plusle Aoi. It was a cute name, he thought. He opened the pokeball and a dizzy Plusle popped out, falling over on its side.
"Plusss... @.@" It shook its head quickly and stood up again. It seemed to finally notice that Nakio had captured it. He sighed to himself, then looked up at the green pokemon. It's face lit up with a smile as it ran over to Skar. Charge-type pokemon tended to like eachother, it seemed.
Nakio laughed a bit, finding the little creature quite funny to watch.

Skar eyed the plusle with an interested look as it called up to her baby Chargyne.
"Well I named my boy Meeko... he's just a baby I think..."
She said softly as she small green charge pokemon scurried up skar's chest and perched on her shoulder, looking down at the red charge pokemon calling up at it.
"There must be a colony of these pokemon around here..."

Nakio wondered if there really was a colony of charge pokemon around. It'd be fun to see them, if they were there. As usual, he decided to bribe his pokemon to like him with PokeBlock. Cheap, but it worked with Hitmonchan. He made it all the time anyway, so he could afford it. So many berries around, afterall. He pulled out a little dispenser and put a few in his hand, kneeling down next to Aoi.
"Here you go." He said, offering his hand at the Plusle. It looked over curiously, then grabbed a pokeblock and stuck it in his mouth. A few seconds later, it grabbed the rest and stuffed them in its mouth. "Uhh... Anyway! Did you catch Justin or Brandon, Skar?"

Once Rachel caught up, he smiled and said, "Alright, I think my friends went down this road." The sun was setting soon and he wanted to catch up to his friends while he had the chance. "Come on." he said as he and his Pokemon began to take off down the dirt path.

Brandon jumped out his front door. "Lets go Sparky!." Sparky the minun jumped on to Brandon back, while they were bolting out. "Today we start out adventure Sparky, lets go to route 1!." Sparky let out a cheerful cheer. "Min min." He check his backpack to make sure all his camping gear was there. "IIght lets go, we are all set!. And let hurry before it starts getting dark." Brandon started to jog off in the direction of route 1. 'Here we go!" "Min min".
....
30 Minutes past or so.
Brandon started to see a few figures in the distances. " I wonder who that could be?" Sparky let out a little spark out. "Owwie buddy, I got it, I got it." Brandon began to jog a little faster over the the figure in the distance. "Min min." Sparky said happily.

Rachel ran to catch up to Justin who was already out on Route one, panting softly "O-ok" she fought to catch her breath. Carrying her pokemon so much made her abit tired and it didn't help that it was getting late out "Alright.. lead the way.. you'll know what they would look like... not myself personaily"

Justin smiled and looked ahead. "That can't be them already? Can it?" he said seeing someone up in the disatance. he thought as a smile crept across his face. "That's them up ahead! See?" he said pointing up the path about 500 feet or so.

The figure in the distance appear to be getting further away. "What the are they moving or are they further then what I taught? What do you think Sparky." Sparky let out a confused sound. "Min Min?". "He continued to jog. "You know what lets run." Sparky jumped off Brandon back. "On your marks, gets set, go!" The two blasted off at the figures in the way distance!.

Smiling softly but a pant with each step "hmm? where" rubs her eyes and looks ahead in the distance "I don't see anyone" the pokemon in her arms waved about as to point for her what he was looking at "Biit Biiiiit!" Rachel looked down at him "What is it Charlie... What do you see that I don't.. Well if anything shall we go before it gets to dark out"

Justin turned around for a second with Celest in his arms to say, "They're right ther-huh? Who's that running after us? He's going really fast...RUN!" Justin said turning around and running faster with his Pokemon in his arms. He was tempted to grab Rachels arm and help her along but he didn't.

"What the heck they are running from us. Let get them Sparky." Brandon and Sparky switched into turbo. "YA HA!" He shouted. "MIN UN!" Is what Sparky yelled. They blazed down the path as fast as they could. "Hurry!"

Looking back to see what the comontion was all about, but was really to tired to run again "Whats the deal.. why run..." she turned back to look to Justion but he was already running further ahead "he-hey wait!" Rachel jogged after him.

Justin just suddenly stopped completely out of breath. "I can't go any...further..." he said all hunched over trying to get some breath. He finally decided to allow whatever it was chasing them to catch up. He sat down and crossed his legs, then almost doing some kind of yoga, he took deep breaths and Celest actually followed though she wasn't doing any running what so ever.
