I've been to a lot of different churches, goodness for me prevails but I am becoming more of an Atheist.
I was born Roman Catholic and attended Sunday School. It’s difficult to pull away from this sensation of divinity.

I was born a Luthern, but it is so routine that I've given up on it. It got to the point where I could say the whole thing without missing a beat. I'm now trying wicca, but I think when I'm older I will look into buddhism.

Moleje I've been to a lot of different churches, goodness for me prevails but I am becoming more of an Atheist. I was born Roman Catholic and attended Sunday School. It’s difficult to pull away from this sensation of divinity. See, I could've lived with that. But not only did I go to Sunday school, I alsowent to the 8:00 masses everyday, did all the vigils, was even homeschooled on a Catholic ciriculum. I'm burnt out. If I never step inside a church it will be too soon.

I'm currently Atheist... But I'm sorta stuck between a rock and a hard place. My mother says I am Catholic, While my father says Christian and they have no idea... And I am waay to afraid to tell my dad about the real me. He would freak out.
And so would the rest of my large family. =/ They're religious people.. Very religious.

Yeah, religious family here too. Not into it anymore..if I ever was. I was always more into the "wild" side of life.
Though now I'm quieter and stuff. But anyways I'm a muslim and everyday it's been pushed down my throat. So I totally hate it. xp

But most religions can be boiled down to a set of rules that you must follow or your going to go to "Hell."
It's like telling a child that in order to have a cookie they have to "be good."
People should just stop trying to live up to someone else's vision of a good person.

That is true, that most religions can be distilled to that underlying principle.

What's the basic principles of Wicca?
I've researched it and asked a few friends but no one can distill it into a few words that makes sense.
