Well I don't want pitty or anything I just need to get something off my chest, right now besides online I don't really have much in the way of friends. what few "friends" I had ended up just being people that used me, sadly I didn't even realise it untill they were done with me. anyway I'm not saying I'm giving up on friends in life, but I think for a while I might just stick to online friends it seems a bit harder for people to use you over the internet, well at least in the same way. Haha well I'm poor on here so that helps. My point is for being a strange person I even have trouble making friends within groups of "rejects" so i'm just hoping this will be different.

You seem to be fitting in here so far. I must admit I'm lucky to have a group of really great friends, even now that we're so spread out, they're still the greatest bunch I could want.

One thing to remember is that just because you don't fit in with the mainstream crowd (and who would really want to) you're not automatically going to fit in with the "outcast" crowd, for lack of a better word. Eventually you'll just start talking to some people, maybe one at a time, or maybe in a group, and you'll all just get along.

But we like ya here, so even when you meet your own personal group of great friends, don't forget us great people in the guild. In fact, you could even invite 'em to join ya on here.

Don't worry, we're here for ya! Even if we're many miles away from you... sweatdrop It really sucks being used like that, and I know that feeling all too well. All my 'friends' in high school were like that. So now here I am, hanging out at home online all day!

It's not so bad...really!

Thank you both it really does mean a lot, I felt a bit silly even saying anything but I guess maybe it was a good thing.

Also on my original post I said "I might just stick to online friends it seems a bit harder for people to use you over the internet"

Well I'm beginning to really think about how that isn't necessarily true, it seems it's may even be easier to meet people that may have gone through some of the things you have. especially in a guild like this. I'm really glad to be here and meet you all. *cheesy* cheese_whine ...and I guess a little wine...

Being a reject is the best thing you can be. That means that you challenge the so called "norms"

I've been called a freak a few times, and to good for my own good, I liked both. I like how geeky I am too.

Yeah the outburst hall has really come into its own. *sighs in comfortable satisfaction*

I can't say my friends used me, but I've been struggling to keep in touch with some friends and at times it seems like they aren't trying as hard to do so as I am. But I was always a kinda glue or outpost of congregation.

I've been very happy to catch up with a few of those friends here. whee

I keep wonder how big a group can we really make out of the 60,000 users or so on Gaia are there really only a small few intelligent accepting deviants?

I'm glad you're here Enritha.

Yup! I've been called weird, freaky and I'm sure other things but all basically meaning Weird. but that's sorta what I want to be remembered as.

I have friends all over the place, but not one I'm too close with, so most of the time I feel pretty lonely.

Not a lot of people here have the same interest as me, so it's harder to make friends, so I basically decided that I'll just make some awesome online friends instead.

Born with clubbed feet, mostly blind in one eye, and going bad in the other, inept at the things that get you noticed, people in general are the worst persons you will ever meet. Individuals on the other hand, are a different story.

Confidence and a strong sense of who you are will help in making friends that respect you, and you shouldn't have to work to please them or give them what they want. I hope you can let go of those feelings of betrayal from past friendships, yet remember so you can avoid it in the future.
