Do you have a Party City near where you live? If not, try finding a costume store, maybe a Lynch's if you have that. Try getting a honey blonde wig that resembles Kisa's hair. if you can't find one, maybe find the color closest to it and then spray paint the wig with a color that matches Kisa's hair.

Hey, perhaps you could get a sticky name take and write Kisa Shoma on it. ^__^

Also, I liked Tiger's idea of the knee high black socks. You can probably find some at Hot Topic. (If there isn't one in your area, try hottopic.com, or ebay. You're bound to find something there. ^__^)
