Hi, my name is Robert Ruthven and I live just outside of Glasgow. It is cold and wet in Scotland.
Here is a bit of my heratage:
'Lord Ruthven led a bunch of Presbyterians (somewhat nominal in their Christian faith, it seems) to make a courtesy call on the secretary to the Catholic Mary Queen of Scots, David Rizzio, who basically ran the country for the Vatican. According to one account, 947 stab wounds were found on his body.
THATS DEDICATION.

Hey lo all. I'm Dana, or Avarswiel on Gaia. I'm 1/4 Scottish from my mom's side. My grandpa was a full blood Scot born in Canada. I don't know much about my great grandparents, as my grandpa died before he could give me their names. I'm hoping I can find out more about my ancestry, but the process is difficult when you don't have all the info. I know I decend from the MacNeil's of Barra, which I believe Barra is in the Hebrides--spelling?-- of Scotland. The family tartan is is absolutely gorgeous and I wore it to my Senior Prom, which was in 2003. Lets see I think thats about all I have to say, any questions PM me.

Pensakura Hello! Another MacNeil! Yay! I knew they were a big group, but I've never met another one. heart Yeah, you're probably related. If not from a ways back. I happened across a man in the southern us that I am related to. We are cousins, but it's pretty far out.

Hey My Name is Cheyanne, or Eternal-cosmos. I dont know my family history, or my family Tartan, but I am part Scottish. 1/4, from my dads side.
I Started Highland dancing by my own choice when I was 9. And just a year ago I started playing the Tenor drum for a pipe band. SFU has already scouted me, and wants me to start trainning with them when I graduate in 2 years xd xp
I really want to know about my family's scottish history, so if anyone wants to help....I would Gladly take it. My last name is Bardsley, if that helps (*Looks around hoping no one will stalk me*)
