So, it's January. It's about 65 degrees where I am right now...And I'm in Manhattan. It's definitely freaking me out.

I know! I miss having those eight-foot snowdrifts up the sides of buildings. Except for the fact that they'd be all yellow and black the next day. xp

It's snowing now! It was great, as I was reading my magazine, I'd glance up, and every time, there'd be more snow out the window! It appears to have stopped now, but there's not a bad coating on the ground.
It's just like CNN said this morning: "It's the Great Flurry of 2007!"
It's totally not global warming though- For a while, at least, the jet stream was very high in latitude, so the northeast had the south's subtropical air for some time, and once there was no snow, the temperature remained warm because there was no snow to reflect sunlight. It can make over a ten degree difference, some accounts say.

We had a two-minute flurry today. My class started yelling "IT'S SNOWING!" And my chemistry teacher ran to the window, paused for a few seconds, and started dancing. whee

Aww...
Have no fear! Where there's snow, there better be more snow! Or else we're gonna go smack the clouds together.

All my snow is gone. So much for snow reflecting sunlight and causing more snow. Guess it doesn't work when the air is dry and the temperatures are high.
