there is many theorys ^^
1-yondaime is akatsukis leader and had gotten pierchings/tattoos.. well. ofcourse he can take those without problems O_o
2-The leader is just a new chara who might be from the Konoha. at least he seems to know a lot of Konoha.
3-he is someone we know but someone we dont suspect.. Maybe he is Madara..or Obito..(thou I think Tobi more as Obito..)
4-his eyes seems similiar to Kurenais.. thou.. I dont support much this theory ^^;

yondaime did not die the third thought he had used the demonic curse seal but he used 2 seals of 4 seasons i know because i have watched up to episode 490

sakura_chan_forever episode 216 just came out on thursday! I can't wait to see gaara fight this new challenger! ninja my bad but he lose and the akatsuki takes out the monster inside him and he dies but this old woman( the one who pud the monster inside gaara when he died) resurrected him but sacrificing her own life Im srry
