i have like 70 dollars to spend on stuff, and i decided that i was going to get my lip pierced professionally 'cause a few yrs ago i pierced it myself and eventually just took it out because i'm impatient and it was hurting. emo
anyway
i was looking through a tat&peerceeng website, in vancouver, and tattoos are legal. for 16-year-olds to get. in vancouver.
SO IM THINKIN OF GETTIN ONE.
heart a star trek one, evenmaybe?

o_O I have been deciding what tattoo to get for the last ten years...I finally know what and where...it's a big decision. You have to like it for the rest of your life, plus get it touched up every so often.
If your parents allow it and you thought really hard about it, I say go for it.

I got mine when I was 18. Four years later, I still love it. <3  Bad picture 'cause of shitty webcam... you get the idea, though. Oh, and the picture is reversed. It really faces the other direction.I'm thinking of getting another, though--maybe a moon and stars on my right hip. The angel is on my left one.

If you get someone over 18 ("gaurdian") to sign for you, you can get a tatoo at any age. (California) My friend, when he was 15, got the tatoos on his wrists Mugen from Samurai Champloo has.
You should get the Star Trek one whee
