Do you have a muse? If so, what is it like?
Currently my muses are shapeless and nameless. They're just random voices in my head...that sound oddly like some of my favorite anime characters.
My muses:
-the first one is sarcastic and likes to curse a lot--it comes up with action/adventure stories
-the second one can come up with poetry at the random-est times and likes to sing
-the third one is analytical and logical, and is the one who does the editing and proofreading for my stories (a built-in beta!)
-the fourth one is depressed and philosophical--comes up with my more angsty stories
Maybe I'm just insane. XD

I don't know about muses. If I had them, they moved to greener (and less writers blocked) pastures. I do have a pair of secretaries, not that they're the most helpful.
Kaze: The larger of the two and seems to have a thing for me. When she's not expressing her undying love to me at the most inopportune times, she's shoving my keyboard out of my hands so she can have me all to herself.
Echo: Silent, mysterious, but deadly. Tends to steal writing implements or block my use of the mouse until I find a strange object that appears to be a fuzzy, blue ball. But she has the most alluring green eyes...
Both of them like turning the printer on and attempting to rip my print cartriges out.
Like I said, not the most helpful, but what guy wouldn't kill to have a pair of lovely ladies working with him? wink

I've got one!
his name is fissure...DON'T ever capitalize his name..he hates that! he says it looks stupid capitalize anyroad, hes got a thing for giving me great ideas, when I physically cant write them down, type them out, etc. He's got tealish hair and grey eyes...but not that ive rambled on..whos next?

Muses...? I used to have a few, but not anymore... or at least, not a lot. One of my OCs is a semi-muse... he pops up and demands that I write a story where he DOESN'T end up dead. sweatdrop

My muse is usualy the character that I have the most ideas for at the moment. Allthough they're usually so impossible that I can never do them. >>; subliminal messaging;

Has anyone ever seen Ah! My Goddess? If so, do you remember Senbei, the little genie/self proclaimed god of disaster and poverty? Yeah, that's what my muse looks like, if you can imagine those platinum curls long all the way around instead of just to one side. But he does dress a bit more conservatively ^_^; However, he's intensely lazy. His hobbies include sleeping, drinking coffee, reading the newspaper when he's supposed to be helping me, drinking coffee, and being lazy.
I guess he's the personification of procrastination >.>;

...I have never really had a muse...Doesn't that qualify as "voices"?
I think I'm actually far too mental to really need any more voices. ::sigh::
However, I did have a sort of presence, I suppose. Useless, really, she just stood there and looked regal and all sorts and never really did much....>>; I think she came from the Harry Potter world. ::laugh::
Nowadays, my OCs do somewhat act as muses, but maybe I'm able to block them out...? Reita-kun tries to be all cool and sexy, but he's really just another Tamaki. I'm going to cosplay as him someday. ^^
Then there is Miku, but...I dunno, she disappeared off somewhere. ::shrugs::

There's The Plot Bunny who comes to me in different colors and bites my toes until I use him.

I have a muse named darktenshi, he's lazy, procrastinates, and has a tendancy to run off at times when I need him most... and I have a chibi names Tony who can do nothing but give me fluff fics....

My muse is an angel based off of an old character I could never fully let go of.
Her name is Selene and she likes to piss me off by bugging me when I need it the least, like in science tests, and going on holiday to Cyprus right when I need her most, like in English tests.
She is very inspired by music.
I just need to listen to some, and there she is, conjuring up her evil, rabid, purple, singing, plot-bunnies of doom.
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMM!!!

Muses, eh?
Well, I've got loads of them. My first and foremost is Hector, my angsty yet hot-headed...presence... Yeah.
Then I have all of my friends: Kyoto, Dark, Sniper, Clair, Jasper, Alice, Shadow, and Grand. (At least, for now.)
Lastly I have my many OCs for my book. There are far too many to list, though I'm mainly inspired by Leila (aka Bella), Sarah, and Lauren. The others pop up at random times.
And Vincent Valentine and Rufus ShinRa cannot be forgotten. Ever.

I. HATE. My muse.
Her name is Nix...she was created a few years ago for a fanfic...and hasn't shut up since then. crying
I have a love-hate relationship with her, I guess. I'm proud of how much her character has developed since her first days...but she's angsty and insecure and homicidal, and that can get old. U-_-

Muse huh? confused Mine certainly doesn't have a name, and I'm assuming it's the same voice I keep hearing that whispers ideas in my head. It's quite gifted in the way that it makes unable to drop some ideas until I write them... but sometimes I get the idea, and lack the inspiration to write the actual story. sweatdrop
