Personality: He is very nice and caring for Pokemon. That's where his Pokemon get their nice and caring nature. He is a lot like Misty in a few aspects though. He cares but he gets heated in battles, I mean by that he gets very into it. He doesn't ever force his Pokemon to go harder than they can. He is VERY understanding of that. If he losses he will be disappointed but he won't like get all upset. He will smile and accept that his Pokemon just need more training and that they worked their hardest. He always will go to any close lake, river, ocean or anything and allow his water Pokemon to play around and swim and whatnot. He is just like that.
Likes: Swimming, water, water Pokemon, studying water Pokemon, battling (win or lose), going by the ocean with his Pokemon, nice people and trainers.
Dislikes: Mean trainers, evil people like Team Rocket, electric Pokemon.

Biography: Justin grew up in a fishermans house. His father was a fisher and his mother was a nurse for the towns Pokemon center. She worked with Nurse Joy. Justin helped a lot with the Pokemon at the center and his father brought home some water pokemon he'd caught and Justin's father trained them and it evolved and then his father evolved it again with a water stone he had found. Justin wanted to have his own Pokemon just like that Poliwrath that his father owned. His sister was obsessed with electric Pokemon because their mother owned a Raichu that helped them out with household stuff. Finally Justin was old enough to get his own. So he got his own Pokemon and he went on the adventure of a lifetime!
Goal: To be the best water Pokemon trainer there is. Maybe even start a Gym in one of the many cities. Also to be a good Pokemon trainer. Not mean and he hopes to never push his Pokemon to hard.
