As can be guessed, Ryn is the daughter of a shepherd, a pokemon shepherd. More specifically, mareep. It had been a family business for a while by the time she was born, and naturally, it never stopped. She grew up out in the fields with the little electric sheep, learning the ins and outs of pokemon care from her father and the farm hands. She even learned a thing or two about riding ponytas from the other farms around the area. Bordering the sheep farm was a miltank and tauros ranch, and then on the other side was a stable for rapidash and ponyta. It was, in essence, the perfect little farm community.
It wasn't until she was sixteen, however, that Ryn actually owned her first pokemon. There were family pets, of course; a persian by the name of Scruffy and a couple of Growlith to gaurd the flock, but none of them belonged to her. Come time for her birthday, however, her parents bestowed upon her one of the mareep, a ram by the name of Karm. He was a youngster, only a level two, and had a lax personality that was quite easy to work with. A good pokemon to start out with, all and all. Ryn bonded with the little male, but didn't battle him. She wasn't ready for that sort of thing at the time, and only kept him as a pet.
Two years later, however, she was sent off to SmallWave town to begin life as a trainer. It was a slightly late start for battling, but she did sort of live out of the loop, and the customs of small farm communities are always different than the cities. Before she left, her father bought her a lightly worked pidgey of level five. He was of good lines and had been taught the basics by his breeder, and would be a good companion for any trainer who was new to the battling world. Due to his stocky stature, Ryn named him Pudge.
When she did eventually reach the town, she was told to see the Professor for a starter pokemon. Having never seen any of the pokemon she had a choice before, she went with the one with the most personality, a bold totodile she quickly named Gator. He probabley wasn't the best choice for a beginner, but he would grow to be dearly loyal to Ryn.
And so here they are, the trio of monsters and their master, starting thier journey in life fresh and new...

Personality: Relatively laid back and calm, Ryn rarely gets frustrated with situations or events. She's one of those types that believes every trial in life is a good thing and an excellent experiance, and doesn't tend to get mad at such things. Her pokemon are pampered at times, but are, for the most part are loyal to her. Even the stubborn Gator will stand by her side, even though he can be a little hard to deal with at times. Despite this relaxed attitude, she can come off as cold to those she does not know, and tends to not waste too much time meeting new people. It might be that she grew up in a place where there were no new people, but it's a possibility we'll never know. Mostly, she's just not open with those she doesn't know, and is really only relatively talkative with her friend, Amnity.

He's a stubborn boy, bold with his moves and defiance to given orders. Despite this, he is fiercly loyal, and once befriended, will protect a loved one with his life. He has bonded with Ryn, and has come to listen to her /most/ of the time, and will be the first to growl while she argues with people. Previous Stages: x Battles: 0/0/0

Personality: As with most sheepy things, Karm is a very laid back individual. He has known Ryn his entire life, and was even raised alongside her for a time. This has caused the pair to be inseperable, and it is not odd to find him toddling along beside her as opposed to inside his pokeball. This affectionate spoiling he has received, however, has given him a very lazy manner with almost everything. When called out for battle, he is apt to give a disgruntled look before trudging forward with attack. Previous Stages: x Battles: 0/0/0

: Pudge. Gender: Male. Species: Pidgey. Level: Five. Obtained: 01/01/2007 Moves: ... good question. Personality Marker: Flighty. Personality: Pudge is what some might call mildly insane. Since birth, the poor thing has come under the illusion that he is actually a cat. He thinks of himself highly for being the only feathered feline out there, and finds it a gift that he can fly. Ryn has attempted on several occasions to rid him of this nonesense, but he is very stuck to it, and won't beleive for a second that he is truely a bird. Despite this, he is a good form of transportation, and is the only poke in his party that will battle without complaint. Previous Stages: x Battles: 0/0/0
