Your job outside of Gaia: Intern at the Information Systems department in my county.
Interests: Computers, Guitars, video games, anime, manga, music, pirates, ninjas, rum, sake, almost anything Japanese, roleplaying, my girlfriend.
Favorite music: Currently J-rock. Gackt, Orange Range, The Pillows, L'Arc~en~Ciel, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, all that good stuff.
Favorite movies: V for Vendetta, Nightmare Before Christmas, many Anime movies, intelligent/philosophical movies.

Then once I beat it, I'll watch Advent Children (again) on my 50 inch high def plasma screen.

What are you here for: Both roleplaying and thrilling discussion.
What is your favorite type of RP: Fantasy/Future, things of the such. Nothing too modern.
Your hobbies: Singing, Drawing/Art, tons 'o music, horseback riding, and last but not least Drama/Acting/-tech is not bad either.-

Interests: My boyfriend, anime, music, liturature, drama, and so much else.

How long have you been on Gaia: A few weeks - not really much compared to you lot, but that'll come in time.
What are you here for (roleplaying, discussion, or both): More roleplaying than discussion, but discussion would be nice. Makes for a lovely pasttime.
What is your favorite type of RP (if you're here for roleplaying): Anything involving fantasy, including things like magical academies and medieval-esque roleplays - I tend to play female characters almost all of the time; I'm also working on a Proboards forum for my friend Liz's Elemental Legend roleplay. Funnily enough, I started it about 3 weeks ago, which just goes to show how much of a procrastinator I am. Pfft.
Your hobbies: Making family trees (including the one on my profile, which needs to revised seeing as now Justin wants to be the murderer waiting outside my home for a chance to kill my nine children and Sam wants to adopt Jesse...whom I hate), reading, roleplaying, writing, DDR, violin, Animal Planet, etc.
Your job outside of Gaia: Student. (Fufufu...I signed up four-some years older than I really am.)
Interests: Photography (this would be true if I actually had a camera), writing, HTML, fanfiction, violin, foreign languages, etc.
Favorite music: She Will Be Loved - Maroon 5, Collide - Howie Day, Nothing At All - Rob Dougan, One Word - Kelly Osbourne, Keep Breathing - Garbage, Breathe - Anna Nalick, Stupid Boy - Keith Urban, Tim McGraw - Taylor Swift, White Flag - Dido.
Favorite movies: Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, and The Devil Wears Prada. I really want to see Pan's Labyrinth, but I'm not sure when it comes out on DVD.
Anything else: I have no life. Josh calls me an environmentalist every time I rant about how he's a murderer of animals. He's 11 and he has a license to hunt using a gun. I swear that should be banned. It would be, too, if it were up to me.
And don't worry. :3 I like waffles too. It's only my luck that I've never really even had one.

Personally, if you've ever tried soggy Fruit Loops or mini chocolate chip granola bars, those are wonderfully yummy.

How long have you been on Gaia: Only a few days, actually.
What are you here for: I like looking at the art on the site, a lot. I've spent a lot of time looking at the pictures in the art arena.
What is your favorite type of RP: I don't know, I have not roleplayed before.
Your hobbies: I have my open-water in SCUBA diving and I'm working on my Masters, I love horses (I'm an "okay" rider) and I love sailboarding (a.k.a. windsurfing)
Your job outside of Gaia: I'm a certified lifeguard and worked at a camp this summer (Never doing that again) and used to work at Hollister... Argh... but I quit because they treat their employees like slaves, don't pay well, and you have to spend most of your paycheck on their clothes... (I could go on about my anger towards them, but won't because it's not worth it... Grr...) Right now, I'm thinking of working at a restaurant or cafe (Please share if you have a good idea for one! biggrin )
Interests: Pretty much the same as my hobbies, really. I also like art (obviously) and... hmm... shoes. Yes, I really love shoes. Well, like. I really like shoes. Love is a strong word for an inanimate object.
Favorite music: I like older rock, a lot. I love the Doors because Jim Morrison is amazing, the Red Hot Chili Peppers (Californication and Dani California are some of my favorites), Steve Miller Band, the Who, Steppenwolf, and about a million others... then, randomly, Sheryl Crow.
Favorite movies: Hmm... I loved Sahara, Pride and Prejudice, and the FIRST Pirates of the Carribean (Keira Knightley is such an inspiring actress!)
Anything else: My favorite books are by Clive Cussler (the main character has the same last name as me), Dan Brown (cut from the same cloth as Cussler) and Madeleine L'Engle (I love the quantam physics and science in her books)
