Does anyone know where you can buy the DVD to the PGSM Kirari Super Live?

Like all PGSM DVDs the only legal ones are the R2s. Which you can get online at amazon.jp and various other places, but those won't be subtitled. And you'll need something that plays R2s as well.

I've never seen bootlegs for Kirari.

Well actually I bought PGSM DVD off eBay and it had all 49 acts and it seemed real, unfortunately the subtitles were horrible in the beginning but got better as it progressed and I even saw that same collection in a Japanese Store. I went to amazon.jp and I couldn't even find PGSM, I'm thinking of going back to that store and seeing if they can somehow a get copy of Kirari for me. Wish me luck.

It's easy if you know how to use Bittorrent. And as always, I'm happy to teach anyone who doesn't understand it. 3nodding

And as PGSM is not licensed outside of Japan, any DVDs with subtitles will be bootlegs. If you don't have a license, you can't distribute it.

That's weird because I've seen the exact same DVD Box Set everywhere and not to mention in an actual store but then again it was strange that during the intro it would get cut off in the end. stare

Sure!

First here is the theory behind it:
Various websites host small files with the extension .torrent. For example www.animesuki.com This site will only host torrents for anime (and related live action) series that are not licensed. You can find PGSM here.

What you will need is a BitTorrent Client. There are tonnes to choose from and all have their pros and cons. At the moment I use µTorrent, which you can download here: http://www.utorrent.com/

Everyone has their favourite client. I would suggest trying a couple to see what you like better.

- Download and install your client of choice.
- Find the .torrent for what you want to download. In the case of PGSM, go to AnimeSuki, look under Anime -> Series -> S -> Sailor Moon - Live Action
- TV-Nihon is the fansub group that did the whole series. Click on the " Sailor Moon - Live Action 1" link that has TV-Nihon beside it. This brings you to a new page, find it again "Bishojo Senshi Sailor Moon 1", click on it again. (the files are hosted on a different server, hence the new page).
- Save the .torrent file somewhere. Open the .torrent file with your BitTorrent client. Tell the client where you want the file saved and then it starts downloading.

While you are downloading this particular file, you are also uploading it to other people who are downloading it. Once you have it downloaded completely it is best if you allow it to continue uploading for as long as you can. Usually at least until you've uploaded as much as you downloaded.

Also, if the files don't seem to be downloading very fast, they probably just need some seeding (uploading). I can do that as well.
