Mizu walked in the room that everyone were and look around. She saw that everyone were sad but since she didin't know what was going on she didin't say nothing. Instead she sat down and and crossed her legs and leaned to wall behaind her. The air around the room seemed to be tight and dark.. The girl gave a shiver feeling very uneasy What was going on? she thinked by herself.

personality: seems always somewhat tired but is slightly smiling all the time. He don't seem to get mad easily nor he seem to be trully happy eather. So not much of his true personality is known.
background: He has been born to a happy famely. At Academy he took grate passion to his studys and didin't care to make much of a friends. To get to Genin ranks they have put up pairs and the survivor would came Genin. The one who lost would die becouse if mercy was shown tehy bouth would get killed. He was teamed up with one boy and one girl. It was a quiet team and came quickly the best team of new Genins. Theyr tema was powerfull and skilled and didin't show mercy to any enemy. Everyone that was treth needed to be killed. The team quickly lost all all kind of emotional expressions from their face and hardly ever spoke eather. Most Genins were like that. Kirigakure and Konoha didin't have good relationships but they were accepted to exams anyway. They came to exams and came Jonins thou the boy remained Genin. Soon after returning to village the boy made suicide due to his failuer in mission. It was the way of Kirgakure nins. The two mans team continued their missions and came best of Jonins. after years of hard training and missions he was sounded in a mission. The girl stayed at his side and by that time their feelings grow to eachothers.. it was wierd to them to feel new feelings like this warmth that felt in their chest. The girl came one night to him and told she had planned of running away. Maybe to Sand village or leafs.. Kirigakures traitors much be killed so he killed his beloved with his own hands for betrayeal of Kirigakure. After that and after healing he continued missions alone. After many years the Kirigakures kage died and he was chosen to be next becouse of his strenght and becuse of his skills. The first thing he did as Mizukage was that teh life-death exams of academy had to be stopped. This new rule was shock to everyone who had used to the killing exams.. but was releaf to parents whos children were at academy.. No one knew why he did that change for sure.. His parents were still alive and proud of their son. Heisuke has no brother but one little sister..
Skills:
-Ninjutsu: experienced and quick ninjutsu caster. Knows many water based ninjutsus but also some of wood based too.
-Taijutsu: He usually uses long ranged wepons like spears and such. He uses rearly trowing wepons like kunais and shurikens.
-Ginjutsu: he don't use much of these illusion based skills of his becouse he thinks it is more honorble to kill enemy when he or she has chanch to defend him/her-self.

Personality: Normally, this purple-haired nutcase is a cheerful young woman, almost always seen with a warm smile on her face. She is very polite and friendly to others and is usually very hyperactive. Kiri has two mottos in life: "Befriend the boogeymen" and "When in doubt, faint" She is fiercely loyal and will often endanger her own life to protect her friends, even if it is not necessary.
Past: Kiri once belonged to a village of exiles from Water Country; it was known as the Forbidden Moon Village. Four years ago, Hidden Mist invaded her village and destroyed it, killing all but three shinobi: Kiri, her father, and her teacher. Unfortunately, the survivors were separated an currently do not know of each other's existence. After being pursued for about three years, Kiri was captured and brought to Hidden Mist to await her punishment. She isn't sure what she has done wrong, but it must have been something terrible.
Ninjutsu: Kiri is a water/Moon jutsu user, and focuses most of her chakra on the latter rather than the former.
Taijutsu: Being from Moon, Kiri knows a special Taijutsu style only taught to the members of her clan: Dance of Ruin.
Genjutsu: Generally, she is not very skilled in such an area, but she does know her family's ancient technique: The Five Rivers of Hell.

Backround: She was found at a young age byToushiro Kaguya. She had been a test subject for Orichimaru and so she remembers nothing from her life before that.Toushiro found her after she escaped from Orichimarus island of ezperiments. She believes her family was killed by Orichimaru but has no memory of this. She swore an oath to Toushiro that she would follow and protect him until her last breathe. He has taught her most of what she knows and she has been a quick learner and a good student to him.

---ANBU 暗部 ---
-Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai (Assassination Tactics Special Force). ANBUs are villages defence and takes care of missions that are extremly dangerous, S-ranks. They sure directly the kage of village they live and hide their identety. They usually have katanas around what are mostly carried in their back


---Tokubetsu Jonin 特別上忍---
-Ninjas who has skills of Jonin but have trained only with one skill(ninjutsu,taijutsu,genjutsu) or area. (Tokubetsu Jonin=Special High Ninja)

---Jonin 上忍 ---
-Highly experienced ninjas who serves as militery captens. Usually they take care of A-rank missions and someimes even S-rank missions what are most difficults/dangerous of all. They may also have sighned to came senseis(sensei=teacher) to small groups of Genins. ((Jonin=High ninja))

---Chunin 中忍 ---
-Lower class ninjas who usually serve as teachers or capten of missions and such. They take missions as C-rank and B-rank. To became Chuunin you need to enter exams that are held in Konoha. ((Chunin=Middle ninja))

---Genin 下忍 ---
-Lowes rank of ninjas. Genins have signed a sensei of Jonin ranked ninjas who teach them skills and lead them in low missions. Usually missions that Genins gets are are very easy like picking trashes and such. Also they can have missions what is to take someone to theyr home villages or something similiar. Mostly training thou. ((Genin=Low ninja))

---Academy Student---
-Students who study to came Genins. They practise basick skills in ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu. To came Genin it usually quest easy tests if you have basicks learned. Kirigakure had usually life-death fights and the one who survives cames Genin. the one who failed was murdered by the winner. However that has now chached and there is no more of this kind of exams held.
