You use your body as a conduit for will
From your body into the world
You then may use a specific Object as a channel or you may use the natural world around you
Channeling is one of the fundamentals
You use channeling in Every Form of magic which interacts with the Physical world
Weather it be Tarot (channeling influences into a card)
Weather it be summoning (creating a way for the spirit to even get into this realm channeling it into a object so that it has purchase)
And of cource Physical manipulation (channeling energy into a physical object in order to influence that object)

Channeling is something that I did constantly to work on focusing, and giving myself energy when I would be about to fall over.
I would keep calm, focus, and visualize what I was doing, where I was channeling, and what I wanted the outcome to be. It became a part of a meditation exercise I would do on the bus ride home from middle school.

It's something you can do alot of times without noticing. Kinda like that constant store of energy that never seems to end.
The about to fall over thing... is I guess more common. I end up channeling alot of energy in work. The more I'm around people the more energized I seem to feel from taking in energy. All those emotions... that people just project constantly.
