I know i have already covered some facts in the birthcontrol section. But this will be solely about condoms.

Male and Female condoms are barrier methods of contraception. They stop sperm meeting an egg. A male condom fits over a man's erect p***s and is made of thin latex rubber or plastic polyurethane.
Female condoms are made from very thin polyurethane and are placed into the v****a, looselt lining it. Femidom is the only female condom available in the UK.

How effective are condoms?
The effectivness of any form of contraception depends on whether you follow the instructions correctly, as well as how old you are.
If 100 sexually active women have unprotected sex, 80-90 will become pregnant in a year.
Male condom
if used correctly according to the instructions it is 98% effective. This means 2 women in 100 will get pregnant in a year.
If it is not used correctly, the risk of pregnancy increases.

Female condom
if used correctly according to the instructions it is 95% effective. This means that 5 women in 100 will become pregnant in a year.
If it is not used correctly, the risk of pregnancy increases.

* some novelty condoms are designed purely for fun and should not be used for contraception. It will say so on the packet, so check before you use them!

What can make condoms less effective?
Sperm can get into the v****a during sex even if you use a condom. This may happen if:
*the p***s touches the area around the v****a beofre a condom is put on. (pre- ejaculation fluid, or pre-c** contains sperm, and leak out of the p***s before ejaculation!)

*the condom splits

*the male condom slips off

*the female condom gets pushed too far into the v****a

*the p***s enters the v****a outside the female condom, by mistake

*the condom gets damamged by teeth, sharp nails jewelry etc

*you use oil based lubricants such as vaseline and body lotions with latex condoms. The oil breaks down the latex causing it to spilt.

If any of these things happen, or if you have had sex without using contraception, you need to get advise about emergency contraception straight away.

lol, they're for oral sex. because when you have oral you can get STDs, like warts in the mouth. so because of this people wear condoms. but they taste horrible! so they made flavoured condoms which taste nice
