PHYSICAL
Name Bobby "Bing" King
Age 21
Ethnicity Half Caucasian, Half Hispanic
Desired species Result: Nonmorphic Fennec Fox
Appearance:

Hair: Thick, dark brown hair, he hardly styles it at all, so the style usually depends on whether or not he slept on his head or not.

Eyes: A lively brown, though it's seen a few late nights.

Height: 5'9

Weight:153 lb

Build: Skinny for the most part, at the moment he has small signs of malnutrition, from the usual college diet of pizza, beer, and instant noodles.

Clothing: A simple look. He has a black polo shirt and a pair of jeans that have seen a few dessert trails, spots of sand on the kneecaps. He wears a belt with a cell phone belt looped on. Right now he's wearing sandals with his bare feet showing, but he has a pair of brown shoes as well. That's about it.

Items:

Usually on him- A wallet with at least fifty dollars, a cellphone attached to a belt clip, and at times, a sketchbook with a pencil.

What he brought with him to the summer home:

Some clothes, mostly t-shirts and a sweater or two.
A few toiletries (Toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kit, etc.)
An extra sketchbook
A dell laptop to work on college work. (Yeah.... like he's going to do that.)
A Ipod with a variety of music, mostly rock, but there's some weird stuff too.

MENTAL/EMOTIONAL
Personality Awkward, if not weird. On one hand, Bobby prefers to be alone, or with people he's familiar with, He's not the kind of guy to shake your hand and say, "Hi, nice to meet you." Or anything like that. On the other hand, he's not quiet nether, Bing could just walk up to you and start talking to you because he just had to tell someone something, or sometimes he'll listen in on a conversation for kicks and join in whether the people like it or not. His social habits aren't exactly acceptable, but his intentions are usually friendly, though everyone that he's had a hard time thinks otherwise.

Bing likes causing things, good, bad, whatever, he just wants to do something, and really doesn't like sitting around doing nothing. Living in a place like Lukachukai gave him nothing to do as a child, so he had to make up things to do. And he still does that to this day.

In crisis, or in anger, Bing tends to take the "I'm Mr. Sarcastic guy, trying to lighten things up, while in reality, I'm probably making things worse and I deserve to die the most gruesome of deaths because the audience wants it." path, or the more common, "Oh crap". On the other hand, if he feels pity, even depression he can be very kind to others and almost motherly in a way, if you can get him out of his train of thought anyway.

Strengths Bing's a thinker, he does things that might not make sense at first, but in the end, actually seems better than the usual way of doing things.

Flaws He's still very emotional with his dad's death, and he's very off balance during this time. Bing's social habits have the tendency to get on people's nerves as well.

Interest/Hobbies: Drawing, video games, and fooling around.

Likes: Coffee, Playing games (In general, not just video games) Being alone to himself, Drumming, causing a scene, doodling, relaxing, exploring places, procrastinating, Fridays.

Dislikes: Snobs, whiners and complainers, the cold, and Mondays, and every other day that's not Friday or the weekend.
History:

Childhood: 1-5 Years of age

Bing's hometown of Lukachukai can be described in the words of his 6 year old self,

"Sand, sand, sand, sand, Hey look! A cactus! Sand, sand sand...."

And that was basically what it was, except for the tiny town perched in the middle of nowhere, It really was sand and cactus as far as the eye can see. With the occasional patch of trees on the east side of town. Bobby was a very isolated kid in his early life, often taken to his dad's workplace because of his father's paranoia of leaving his motherless son with a babysitter. When his dad did people's taxes, Bobby often had to find things to do in his dad's workplace. One of the more notable things he did was make a hundred or so paper boats out of old copies of the Wall Street Journal and played "Harbor" while his dad was on his coffee break. He particularly prided himself on that one, even though his dad was annoyed that some of his account papers were Chinese dingys full of kung fu masters. That's when his dad decided to go out more. So they went to the park. Bobby played follow the leader with the other kids, though that stopped when he accidentally led a bunch of kids into a construction site, where he learned that nail guns, especially pointed at other people, are not fun at all. (His dad suffered a leg wound when little Bobby fired it)

Elementary school and stuff. 6-13

Bobby was one of those quiet kids in elementary school. One of those B average kids, but when it came to math, he was a natural, the kid was just born to add and subtract. He still played with the other kids, he just preferred playing with others to talking to them. He was bullied around for being "weird" Sometimes it was because he had different habits, sometimes he unknowingly pissed someone off. Kids used to gang up on the poor kid just for being himself, he didn't think he was doing anything wrong. There was this one time when he was playing checkers with this one kid, he was losing, and had only one king left, so in order to keep from getting beat, he decided to keep his lone king hanging around the back row, so it wouldn't get jumped. Frustrated by this, the kid got a bunch of his friends involved, and they all told Bobby that it was cheating, the kid even got the teacher to give final say. In the end, Bobby lost, under the pressure of the entire class.

He cried, he tried to hold back, real boys don't cry, but he couldn't help it, his dad had told him that it was important to stand up for himself, but again and again, he was reduced to crying, ashamed that he couldn't handle the pressure. His dad later said that he had a lot of his mom's traits. Bobby's father, still broken up about his wife, told many stories about his mother, she was, from what he heard, a very emotional person, a dreamer of lovely thoughts, he didn't get into the fact that Bobby was actually an accident, but those things were saved for later, or anything about that, a secret he kept to his death.

Bobby's dad, not having to raise as much money for diapers and whatnot, did other things with Bobby. They hiked a lot, and the kid liked trailblazing a lot, and went off the path on more than one occasion. There was even this one time where they wandered so deep into the forests that they had to spend a day sleeping in the woods. Another hobby he liked was doodling, a lot. He went to an art camp during the summer, and met some kids that were just as weird and different as he was, they were his first real friends, and they'd be that way even in high school.

High school:

The bullying and grouping up seemed to have went away with age and maturity. Bobby changed a lot too, he was out of his quiet period, and was often mingling with just about anyone, close friends to complete strangers. He became friendly, he liked this time of his life, it was the one where his enemies became friends. Sure, there was the rare "Get the ******** out of my way" person, but now everyone seemed to be nice with one another.

Bobby worked at the local arcade after school, where he often hung out with his friends, who were big gamers at the time. They played mostly old school cabinets, space invaders, asteroids, pinball, stuff like that. There was one time when he was fixing a pinball machine, when he accidentally pressed a button that made the thing go BING! The sound was so loud that everyone inside the room stopped what they were doing and went over to see what the ruckus was. After that, the arcade's patrons started to called Bobby "Bing" That amusing little incident stuck in most people's heads. The people that weren't at the arcade at the time think that the nickname's shorthand for his full name, but everyone that was there knew better.

College:

College, surprisingly, was a lot quieter than his high school years. The University Of Arizona's engineering section wasn't known for doing much, course, he had friends in college, his arcade game expertise both on the sticks and behind the cabinets made him a sort of leader of the nerds of the school. He studied hard, even though he had no prior experience before, he found it to be easy, every diagram was just one hugeass math problem to him, and math, which he has proved numerous times, is his specialty. Okay, so the math was easy, but that's not what he wanted to do. He wanted to do what he promised himself to be when he was a kid, an artist, any sort of artist. He still drew in his spare time, he's even received a few commissions online. He had a good run with his drawings, but most of his rent money came from his job at another video arcade, his resume was in electronics, why do something as silly as being a busboy, running around taking orders, when you can sit on your a** all day behind a glass counter counting tickets, giving yourself a few free plays during the slow times... and making sure that nobody throws up on the air hockey table, really, a regular day. After school consisted of working, studying nonstop on late nights, fueled by Mountain Dew and coffee. and whenever he had free time, he was hanging around campus, chit-chatting with a few of his friends. He never went steady with anyone though, he had friends of both genders of course, but he just never liked the fact that you could be stuck with someone for the rest of your life, or at least, until you get a divorce. It just didn't fit his style.

Halfway through his second year, Bing got word that his father died. It shook his world, his dad was his only friend back in his childhood. He looked up to that guy, and now.... He couldn't stand it, there was a little bit of his inner 6 year old showing, throwing tantrums, he was horribly depressed, he didn't go to his job, he could hardly think straight. All he did for that whole month was wander bookstores and getting drunk. Bing didn't take the death of his father too well

Family: Maria King (Mother, deceased time of birth.) Derek King (Death by heart attack on 12/10/04) Doesn't visit the extended family very much.
Arrival:

According to the Will of Derek King, Bing had inherited every possession his father had. Including a summer home in North Carolina, a resort called The Hallowed Fountain, which the family had been to a few times, a majority of the time was when Derek and Maria just got married. Derek recieved a cabin on the resort for helping Peter Stanz, a college friend of his. They were close friends and even kept in touch after graduation. When Peter talked about the resort with him during a phone call, he asked Derek to work for him, originally, it was only for the first year and a half. When Maria died, it became a second job for a little money to take care of baby Bobby. When Bobby grew old enough to take care of himself, his father still worked for his friend, the extra income becoming useful on more than one occasion. Bing's father helped Peter understand the technical jargon of taxes and bills, and organized the finances. They worked well together, as Peter kept the guests comfortable and happy, Derek kept the checkbook balanced and in the green. After the resort's first year in business, Peter showed his appreciation to Derek by giving him a cabin at the resort to use for a vacation home during the summer. After a few years of business, Peter eventually gave ownership of the cabin to his friend, he deserved it, Peter wouldn't know what he'd do without Derek, he had trouble managing the money before he hired his friend to help out.

Still in shock of his father's death, Bing has decided to take a trip to the home, wanting to get away from school and other pressures for a while. A change of scenery could help him cope better. At least, that was his reasoning. There was also the fact that he would have a break from the headache he called college.

(Yes, at the moment, I'm going to be in a Hiatus, stresses at school and preparing for Regents and SATs and basically wrapping up probably the most important year in my high school career. My creative side of the brain is apparently fried. I'm going to just take a break from a few RPs so I can focus on my work and get my muse to recover from overwork. Thank you. ^^)
