This is a fanguild for the guy, we all like him. Or did you mean do people in the show like him? Lee and Tenten both like him, they're his team mates, despite obvious rivalries. After he gets some sense knocked into him, Naruto and the rest of the group of Genins start to like him too. I hope that answers your question.
