Alright, so I've come up with an idea I thought might work out to become a good story. I've posted the first part of the story below. If you do have I problem with anything you read, feel free to point it out so I'll know what to work on. Oh, and you don't have read all of it as I'm sure the people visiting this thread have other things to do and do not want to read ALL of this. So, just read what you have time for and judge it from what you've read. Thanks!

It's year 2216 now and the United States is still up and even more powerful than it was many years ago. The United States and Canada have joined to form an even larger country. The United States unfortunately, is starting to lean towards communism. The United States has discovered vast amounts of oil located somewhere in Mexico. Because of this discovery, the president has jumped into taking over Mexico as quickly as possible. Other countries across the globe believe this act is unnecessary and have sided with Mexico holding off the American forces. It seems the United States may be in need of some assistance.
A company going by the name of "SIREN" has been given the assignment of creating a super weapon for the United States, even more specific, super soldiers. The president has ordered the company to create a super soldier so powerful; it's capable of bringing down an entire nation. He wants the soldier to have all human emotions and natures except for one specific: free will. This soldier will follow every order given to him by the selected people and will not be able to use its power for anything besides what the state decides.
Four years have past since then and the project is almost finished. It is year 2220. SIREN has created the ultimate soldier they have named 077R with seven creations before it they had to abandon due to malfunctions. They named these mishaps after the seven sins known to man kind. They named these creations after sins because the imperfections of humans are sins and the imperfections of 077R are the failed experiments. The project, 077R, has many functions that a human could never hope to possess. It is capable of jumping high enough to reach a medium sized building and has been mathematically proven to create more damage than ten nuclear bombs. It's/he is a master of every weapon made by man kind and has the ability to learn, just as a child does and is able learn more than a human, and at a faster rate. 077R has been confirmed as in the image of a man, having fake skin covering his robotic form and not showing any signs that he is human. He moves, talks, and acts as a human although he is incapable of being intimate. His eyes are the only things that are able to be recognized as inhumane but only if they are studied directly. Is this the creation the United States needs? Or is it only going to add more confusion? No one can been sure until this creation has been let out of its cage and is sent into battle.

I wrote this article when I was twenty, my second year of a four year college. Originally I was planning to continue to completing my fourth year and becoming a news writer and maybe become a coach, but after being informed that SIREN wanted me as a part of their company, I couldn't help but leave college and start my new career. Hey, the name's Jason. I'm now 22 and it's year 2222, the year the project 077R was supposed to be given to the U.S military. Well, that didn't work out as well as we had hoped. The day we finished 077R, the U.S military arrived at our lab with the president hoping that we had finished the project. We gave the data samples to them and we infuriated to hear that they didn't want the project; not only that, they wanted us to start from scratch and destroy 077R. We were told that the project was far too intelligent. They believed our creation might be capable of destroying the U.S. We had been working on this project for six years and now, they wanted it destroyed. We refused to destroy 007R and as you would have guessed, serious actions were taken. The scientists I had been working with for two years that had managed to avoid arrest were shot down. Nowone was left...except for me. I was given the honor of finally finishing 077R and to give him the final piece, it was a chip created by the founder of SIREN who had mysteriously disappeared the year I had arrived at SIREN. I was amazed they would give the job to a 22 year old kid that had only been involved in the project for two years. But when I realized SIREN was over, I quickly finished the project, released him out of his capsule and found my way out of the lab as soon as possible. I was not able to bring the other seven failed projects. They were stolen by the military and from what I heard, had been modified to be more dangerous than we originally intended to make them.
Now me and 077R are planning to migrate down to South America, where we'll be safe for a while from the U.S army with Mexico blocking their path. Until there is a re election, we'll stay down there. Of course we'll have to reach South America, and in order to do that we'll either have to take a plane or helicopter, or travel through the eye of the storm: Mexico. For now me and 077R are hanging out around a tourist clustered town and waiting for the right time to leave, and making sure nowone recognizes us.

“Excuse me sir, would you like a refill?” said a young woman leaning over table to snatch a glass cup. There were two men sitting at the table, one had a military cut, the other had a tan hat concealing his face. The man she was speaking to was having a nearly mute conversation with the other at the table. He wore a tan jacket and heavy dark blue jeans. “Sure, I could use another beer. Fill it up.” He pushed the glass towards the lady, not bothering to make eye contact.
“Thank you, would your friend like something as well?” said the lady before leaving.
“Nah, he doesn’t drink. Not good for his system.” The lady gave him a puzzled face then turned to leave. When she left the man with the tan hat made a sigh of relief. “Geez!” said the man swiftly prying the hat off of his head. He revealed two green eyes and light brown hair. “This place has got nowhere safe to talk!”
Jason and 077R had fled from the laboratory to a bar somewhere in New York. Hopefully this would be a place they could hide for now.
“You want to explain to me what’s going on?” said the second man, who happened to be the robot, 077R, folding his arms. The second man wore a white sleeveless shirt under a heavy black coat and a pair of black jeans ending only slightly past his knees. Strapped around his right leg were two belts, each with pockets attached to them. His wore two brown boots concealing any part of his lower leg that his jeans hadn’t. He had a soul patch and two odd blue eyes.
“I’ve already explained to you what’s going on. We’re wanted men. Well, technically I’m the wanted man. You see, a couple hours before I got you to start functioning, the U.S military came to the lab and wanted you destroyed. My friends and family gave their lives to protect their creation. So, I’m going to make it up to them by saving what they worked so hard to protect.”
“You starting to make me feel like an object,” said 077R.
“Oh right, sorry. You know, since the U.S is out to get us now, I think it would be smart to give you a human name. So, what do you want for a name?”
“One of the scientists on the records was named Brannon, I’ll take that name.”
“I’ll right then Brannon, I think I need to teach you exactly how us Americans act.”

The creator, Jason and the project, Brannon, had escaped capture by the U.S, but they had to find their way to Mexico, before the president found out their whereabouts and captured them. 077R was smart, but he didn’t know everything about being human.
“All right, check it out,” said Jason holding a hamburger in his right hand and holding it up to Brannon. “This is a hamburger, and this is what the humans live off of.”
“What are you supposed to do with it?” said Brannon giving Jason a puzzled look.
“Generally you’re supposed to eat it.”
“Then can I-”
“Sorry, this one’s for me,” said Jason cutting Brannon off and taking a bite out of the burger. “You don’t need this anyway. That’s why I told the bartender earlier you couldn’t drink. We set you up with an infinite energy source before you were created. There was a man in year 2156 that invented a form of perpetual motion and we were able to use that to make you an infinite energy source.”

Honestly? I would take whatever you would consider your best ideas from this, scrap the rest, and start over from scratch. Or just start over from scratch. It sounds like "current international situation, but America is more evil and instead of Iraq it's Mexico." Also, I don't think you meant communism. Perhaps fascism, or dictatorship.
