Ardent Quill
The setup:
Round One: Before the creation takes place, the writers must draw a number from the list, where each number is attached to a topic. The writers will have to write about this topic. In this round, all the writings are unrelated to each other, and the writers have the right to make anything anyway they want.
Round Two: Here is the challenge. The world will start to form as the topics are written in the first round. However, the topics are not related in anyway to each other. In this round, the writer needs to expand on what has already been written by someone else and try to link at least two or more topics together. For example: take the architecture and religion section created in round one, and link them up by creating the ideal temple, garden, town square that would fit both topic.
Round Three: This will be the expansion on the second round, where the writers find the ?missing pieces? in the world, and fill it so the world would be complete.
Round Four: Now we have a world, we will need to make it grow, this will be more like free writing about the growth of the world from any kind of point of view. The new history will be created as the stories go on. The only rule here is that the writers must base the stories on the existing world.
Here are the categories that will be written about.

The planet is divided by hemispheres: North-Eastern, North-Western, South-Eastern, and South-Western, as measured from the Equator and the Prime Meridian. In each quarter of the planet, there are four countries, which gives this planet 16 countries, in total. In each country, there are four provinces[]starting to see a pattern?[]. And each province is divided into four sector, which are each divided into four cities, which are divided into four sections. Each of of the four sections votes for a Section Head. The four Section Heads get together to vote for the City Head. The four City Heads vote for the Province Head. The four Province Heads vote for the Country Head. The four Country Heads vote for the Planet Head. The four Planet Heads work together with all the other Heads to determine what's wrong, what's right, and what needs more observation, depending on how much influence something will have, each Council of Heads votes for what needs to be done. The people of this planet realize that everything they do will influence every other part of the planet, and they plan things accordingly. the people govern themselves, because they are aware of how their behoviors will affect the entire planet.

Education varies from one region to another. All regions of the world are open to both male and female students. In the North-East children are schooled at home by their moth until they are ten, at which time they are sent to a proper school, a finishing school of sorts, for five years. At fifteen they come of age and are no longer expected to go to school.
The North-West does things very differently. Children are raised in group-homes/boarding schools until they are sixteen at which time they are allowed to return to their birth-parents or go to a stranger with an apprenticeship.
The South-West and South-East have a mixture of the previous two types of education and are the only areas of the world that offer the option of continuing your education with University. (This draws in people from all over the world, not just the South-Westerners and South-Easterners) They have children stay with their parents until ten and then introduce them into a boarding-school type setting. The students stay there either seven or ten years depending on what their preferences are. Those who stay ten years are students who take apprenticeships with already working adults. The ones who leave after seven years are the ones who often continue on at University or else joined the militias/armies/whatever.
