This art thread is not taking off with the predicted trajectory- And, as with many of Mr De Quirm's inventions, that may mean it's about to crash into the ground.

Crash...possibly. Give it a few more days after the holiday. I would post some stuff...it is just that I draw mostly in an anime style, and believe that to be completely incorrect for Discworld. Although I could attempt a few minor characters...

That's the same problem I have(and probably so does the majority population of the website). When I try to do a more realistic style it turns into a horrible mess. I can do the bodies and clothes and stuff just fine (except my shading's really not up to scratch) but the faces always look so malformed... Maybe I should use that to my advantage and draw Nobby. mad d

It's probably because these people like to read, not draw. They might but their first interest is the books.

aaw shame. yeah seems like we're mostly literate people rather than artistic.
But I have to say if your style of drawing is all thats holding you back from it then take a chance. I'm sure to be impressed even if its just muck xd !

Chamber music is my forte (no pun intended), not art. So if you need some incidental music, perhaps?
