Changed the OMGFREEPOKEMON thread to "What Pokemon do YOU want to see" thread. <3
_ Created the Tentou Police Dept, the new Cert issues thread. It explains in better detail and isn't exclusively explained as strictly a corrections thread anymore.
_ Moved a few threads to the graveyard, mostly spam and one dirt-old one that randomly appeared on the front page o 3o
_ Staff Stuff was moved to the staff forum, I will add the profiles to the actual PH thread tomorrow. Hurrah for less stickies!
