this company turn worn out wrestlers back into big players
they recently worked with the likes of

Kevin Thorn
Test
Charlie Haas
Ekmo (Umaga)
Christian Cage
& More

the current roster includes the likes of Juventud & Vampiro.

Rikishi is the commissioner with Ultimo Dragon being in some form of authority as well.

Charlie Haas never needed anybody to turn him into a star. He was always good.

It seems like this promotion and Maryland Championship Wrestling have become WWE farm systems...

probably to some extent BUT at the same time maybe not.
this company is ran by ex Superstars to the mostpart and its europe based so its more likely a place where people who get contracts terminated go to chill amongst friends and hone their skills.
you can see it in Test & Umaga & Thorn on how well honed they have become, just look at how much better they work the ring.
