I'm just curious to see who's been to what shows. I've only been a fan or RoH for a little over a year and half, but I've seen a fair amount of shows thanks to wear I live (that being Long Island, 45 minutes off their LI venue and not even 2 hours from the city if traffic is kind.) So yeah, here are some shows I've been to.

Sign of Dishonor - Yup, I was 110% present for one of the shows almost directly after Punk's biggest swerve. In the times when Punk was still around and Jimmy Jacobs was still running around in those furry boots screaming "HUSS!" Such good times they were. Also, Mick Foley was there and I was able to get a neat, signed, glossy photo of him from him. As one could imagine, Foley is on god-level status in LI, and was greeted as such. First RoH show was a helluva time for me, oh yes it was.

Joe vs. Kobashi - Maybe the most overrated show of '05, but I still like/d it. James Gibson's last RoH appearance was another high(low?)light of that night, as was seeing Akio...erm, Jimmy Yang. I pretty much put a huge freakin' dent in my autograph book, since I was staying at the Manhattan, where the show was taking place. I was lucky enough to meet Christopher Daniels (first guy off the RoH roster I ever met, and he was soooooo damned nice I almost couldn't believe it. Gave me 10 times more confidence for meeting the other guys that day,) a very (and I mean very) drunk Jimmy Jacobs, BJ Whitmer, James Gibson (he signed my book Jamie Noble for some reason,) Jimmy Yang (signed my book as Akio,) and I met Colt Cabana, Nigel McGuiness, and Matt Sydal on the elevator. And before all them, I gotta signed glossy photo of Kenta Kobashi himself. Only a couple months later, after I got more into puro, did I realize how big meeting Kobashi-san was. 2nd RoH show, it went swimmingly.

Unscripted II - I. Almost. Died. The show where Punk made his return thanks to TNA being bastards and pulling out half the card for that night. As a Punk fangirl, this was pretty much the 2nd defining moment of my life. Card was pretty good, Xavier there seemed kinda meh because I never liked Xavier, but yeah, still fun. I got the "honor" of meeting Austin Aries, a VERY tited Ricky Reyes, and even CM ********' Punk. Meeting Punk was the defining moment of my fangirl life. He was just aboot to leave the snackbar, and myself and my best friend asked him to stop and called him 'sir' because we were beyond nervous and Punk smiled and said "Sir?" Not to go off on a fangirlish rant, but oh my Steve Corino, his smile could cure cancer. He's gotta cute way of signing stuff, too, he makes an X then puts the C on the left side of the X, the M on the right side, and then Punk. His antics at the guy sitting two seats away from us was also pretty win, said guy calling Punk a sellout. Punk got on the mic and was all "You goof! You stayed here to see me, and now you're calling me a sellout! *a bit later* This one's an oldie but a goodie, is that a goatee or a bullseye for your boyfriend? *hops around the ring*" 3rd Roh show. ******** EPIC.

Best of the World - First time seeing either KENTA or Marufuji-chan, so I was pretty psyched. Going to the city is one thing I always love, too. Card was pretty damned good. SHIMMER Four Corner Survival, the ME of Danielson/Joe vs. KENTA/Marufuji, Nigel and Claudio going back and forth for two minutes with 'EY! and OH!, and I got see Chris Hero, as this was during the whole CZW/RoH feud. Only person I met was Lacey, but she was nice. I still don't like here though. :B 4th RoH show. I got to see some more puro guys, good card, overall good time.

How We Roll - This is where stuff sorta starts to go downhill, y'know, where RoH concentrates more on appeasing the TNAndroids that make up 90% of their audience. I know it's good for business, but still. I also probably appeared in the DVD like 20 times since my seats were right by the entrance ramp, but nobody I know is going to buy it simply for the fact of the card, though I can't say I blame them. I liked the team of Rave and Shelley (Embassy FOREVA,) and the EPIC slow-mo exchange between Delirious and Kikitaro/Ebessan, but the rest of the card was kinda meh. I mean, I love me some Kings of Wrestling, but Adam Pearce and BJ Whitmer in the ring at the same time is never a good thing. As for the ME, honestly, I didn't even watch it. I just stood outside and waited for some wrestlers to pass by. As I did that, I met Delirious (who has surprisingly neat handwriting,) Mark Briscoe (southern gentleman, he was,) Adam Pearce (though I can't figure out what the hell his autograph says for the life of me,) Samoa Joe (funny, all-around nice guy who's even cuter in person than from afra =>..<=,) Roderick Strong, Kikitaro (he was signing glossy photos next to the store,) and Julius Smokes (surprisngly nice guy.) I later DLed the ME of HWR and watched it with some friends, and it doesn't look like I missed much. 5th RoH show. Pretty good.

Time to Man Up - I wanted to kill myself during this show. It was easily the worst RoH show I attended, bar none. Namely due to the ******** in the crowd. It reminds me why I hate TNA fans. If a match was all RoH guys, they tore them apart. If it was one RoH guy and one TNA guy, RoH guy was torn apart, TNA guy was treated like a god. The only match where they all shut the ******** up was during Richards/KENTA vs. the Briscoes. Probably because they thought "Z0MG JAPANESE GUY MUST BE RESPECTUFL." And even when KENTA tried to get involved in the match, they made fun of his Engrish. And then we have the ME of Joe/Styles 746356358. I stand by the fact I think AJ was hurt during the match, since an ambulance pulled in as everyone was leaving and the matched ended quite abruptly. And the guy screaming "JEFF JARRETT RULES" every 15 minutes also got annoying. Overall, it was s**t. 6th RoH show. ******** TNA and its fans.

Glory By Honor V (Night 2) - Well this sure as hell made up for TtMU. Pretty damned nice card, top to bottom. I managed to meet Bruno Samarrtino, Takeshi Morishima, Muhammed Yone, and Takashi Suigura. Also, KoW winning the tag titles was beyond awesome. And poor Jimemo Jacobs...I was close to crying, pathetic as that sounds, but he looks so god damned /sad/. Also, Marufuji-chan's first (and best) title defense was tied with KENTA/Danielson for MotN, if you ask me. 7th RoH show. Not as shitty as the last one and renewed my faith in going to these things live.

You live in Tokyo? I'd trade tickets to any RoH shows in LI or NYC forever to spend a month in Tokyo.

Yeah, Boston's an iffy area. I just happen to be in the perfect area to attend shows that rank from utter crap to alright (LI) or shows where I'm basically guaranteed a puro guy or wrestling veteran (NYC.)

I'd like to go just for the cultural aspect, and the wave of puro'd be nice to. I spent a week there on a class trip a year or two back and loved it. My friend went there late November to a Dragon Gate show and said it was the best live wrestling event he ever went to, though he went to Joe vs. Punk II among others.

I never said it was the best live wrestling event I ever went to. I said it was the most fun I've had at a wrestling event. And it was early November.

But yeah, the only RoH show I've been to is Joe vs. Punk II. Back when RoH didn't have to play to the mainstream crowds and have "THIS IS AWESOME!11~!" chants every five seconds.

None, hell this week, I'm gonna make my first official ROH purchase. Sucks living in Saskatchewan

I have never been to an ROH show. The folly of living in the middle of nowhere.
